Rachel was an excellent, helpful host. The house was in a quiet, lovely neighborhood, a short drive to beach. It had a terrific deck overlooking a beautiful, heavily wooded backyard. The kitchen was very large and made it easy to cook. We had a terrific time together. We had an infant and the pack and play, sheets hig chair, play toys were all provided! Excellent home for an infant. Child friendly streets for walking down to nearby harbor.

Do yourself a favor and book this lovely home for your next vacation. From communication to cleanliness and comfort, you won’t find a nicer place to stay. We have never stayed at an AirBnb that had everything we needed: - Extra towels - Fully and I mean fully equipped kitchen - washer/dryer w detergent & fabric sheets - forgot shampoo, toothpaste or Q-tips? No need to run out to the store, they have you covered! - multiple pillows so you can choose the one you’re most comfortable with - water views with ducks! We couldn’t take advantage of the lovely deck due to the weather but we enjoyed the views everyday! There was honestly nothing missing. Lindsey and Patrick have thought of everything to make your stay comfortable. They didn’t skimp on quality. No stained, rough towels or sheets, no rusty cookware. They even had a popcorn maker, food processor, food scale, and multiple coffee makers. Thank you, Lindsay and Patrick for a stress free vacation!

The place was nice and spacious. Great for large family gatherings. The pool was nice and although the water was not heated (which may partially have been due to the weather), Zachary and his team were very responsive and helped troubleshoot pool temperature. Overall we had a great stay!

We had the most unforgettable stay at the beautiful Pearl Cottage! Adrianna and Tara were incredibly accommodating and communicative from the start, making us feel completely at ease and welcomed. The home itself was spotless, peaceful, and filled with romantic touches that made it the perfect place to relax and unwind. But what truly made our stay extra special were the breathtaking views—absolutely stunning and the perfect setting for a life-changing moment: we got engaged during our trip! It couldn't have been a more magical backdrop for such an important memory. We’re already looking forward to coming back for future anniversaries and reliving the joy we experienced here. Rachael's place is a fantastic oasis. The home is beautiful and quiet. Super easy fast check-in, spotlessly clean, clean hotel-grade towels and amenities, and little thoughtful extras that made everyone in our party happy. An excellent all-around experience.

Dune Side is everything you can dream of when renting an AirBnB and then some! The location is spectacular. Can't be beat!! Both the sunsets and sunrises were gorgeous from the wraparound deck, and you can't beat falling asleep to the sound of waves, waking up for an early morning beach walk, and then enjoying the beach and water all afternoon. Truly something special! The house was stocked with everything we needed, the water pressure in the bathrooms was AMAZING, and James was always super responsive and friendly. 10/10 in every way! terrific place and location. the house is very well equipped with all the little things you might need, well maintained, all with very good taste and the owner is super responsive. we left two small items behind but mistake and the owner kindly sent us those the next day. 💯

We stayed here for three nights with our toddler and newborn and had such a great time. The house was super clean, which made a big difference with little ones, and the layout worked really well for our family. The host was really responsive and easy to communicate with, which we appreciated. We were lucky to have amazing weather during our stay, and the outdoor space made it even better. Overall, it was a comfortable, easy, and enjoyable trip—we’d definitely stay again!

This one bedroom, 1st floor space was absolutely perfect for our needs to explore and enjoy the Boston area. The home was fully stocked with linens and all our kitchen needs. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. And the 10 minute walk to the David T (subway) station was just what we needed for our car-free Boston get-away. We easily got to see Fenway, take a Duck Tour, and enjoyed the Aquarium. We also enjoyed a couple local Cambridge restaurants. This place was perfect for us and 16 year old son. We hope to visit Nancy and Steve's home again on our next trip north!

Our stay at Dave's place on Winter Island was spectacular! The photos do not do justice for the views. The yard is beautiful and well-kept, and my favorite part was sitting on the porch with my coffee each morning. Inside is cozy, but perfect for two guests. Dave has all you'll need in the kitchen and bathroom, which was a bonus! We traveled from New Mexcio, and it was a long ways, but I would absolutely stay at Dave's place again if we come back to the area. You won't find a better accommodation, and at this price, just amazing. So grateful I was able to bring my daughter for such an incredible stay in Salem.

The location is wonderful and easily walkable. The space was clean and well maintained. It reads that it sleeps 7, which is true but would be very crowded. We slept 6 and it was tight but cozy. Aref is very responsive and did a lot of check-ins to ensure we were good to go!

We Love Norm's place! Such a great location, and the apartment has all that you need. If you like to bike to the beach, this is a great place to be, with three nice beaches all within five miles. The interior is cool and comfortable, and the patio with a partial ocean view is quiet and peaceful and is a great place to lounge and watch the birds. The neighborhood is very calm and quiet. Norm was helpful and accommodating, and the coffee and breakfast items were really appreciated. No shopping needed and just start the day! We really enjoyed the outdoor shower as well. We hope to return every year.

We spent a relaxing week at Gabrielle’s beautiful home - mainly on the deck playing cards surrounded by beautiful vegetation. Great location with many walking paths through the woods - all of which seem to lead to the marketplace area and/or beach. The house is very nicely decorated and very comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay.

It was a very welcoming place . Anna was very courteous and nice. The place was clean and I also appreciated the water bottle in my room. I would recommend it and would definitely stay there again .

Jamestown is the quiet luxury you’re looking for—and Matt’s villa is the place to stay! The area felt peaceful and relaxed, yet we were still able to walk into town with ease. Newport was less than 10 minutes away, making it the perfect home base, and we even had time to explore a few beautiful public beaches in Jamestown, just a quick 7-minute drive from the villa. We hope to stay here again!

House was exactly as described and Lloyd was a very responsive and accommodating host. The house was in an amazing location, walkable to downtown for shops and restaurants. Big driveway was great for all our cars! Would recommend 10/10 and will be back! Thanks Lloyd.
