Our guesthouse in the center of Limmen has been completely renovated in Jan/Feb 2024 with a completely new bathroom. It is an attached apartment (30m2) with its own entrance and all amenities (AH, bakery, etc) 3 minutes on foot. The beautiful North Holland dune area and the beach (10 minutes), but also Alkmaar(15 minutes) and Amsterdam(30 minutes) are easily accessible. Parking is on the street and is free. You can use the bikes for free. You will receive a private piece of garden at your disposal.

A nice and cozy stay, quietly located yet remains central. Close to the beach and cities like Alkmaar and Amsterdam. With a lovely, sunny garden where there are plenty of relax spots. The place includes the cute and easygoing cat Jet. She has her own cat door and can go in and out whenever she wants. So there's no need for a litter box. She may come chill on the couch with you for some coziness. Food and water are needed once a day and are provided. Please also check the reviews.

Ons gezellige gastenverblijf is in 2019 verbouwd van oude aluminium fabriek naar energie neutrale tinyhouse van 40m2. Het staat vrij in de achtertuin van ons verbouwde huis in Limmen. Het ligt dichtbij de duinen, het strand en bossen. De grotere steden Alkmaar, Haarlem en Amsterdam bevinden zich op rijafstand. Met het openbaar vervoer is het ook goed te doen, maar een eigen auto maakt het vele malen makkelijker. Met een fiets kun je het beste genieten van de omgeving.

We had the most wonderful stay. The Garage was perfect for what we needed. It was beautifully done, Sanny and Dennis had thought of everything. It had a lovely feeling to it, was beautifully decorated and immaculately clean. Check in was really easy. We used the bikes (thank you!) and the location was a couple of minutes walk from the centre of Alkmaar. We would not hesitate to return. Thank you for creating such a cool and beautiful space. Felix's apartment was great. We spent four days there and unfortunately had bad luck with the weather. Despite the weather, we had a great relaxing time in the apartment. Felix is super nice and responded very quickly to messages. He personally welcomed us and was very flexible both on arrival and departure. Felix was consistently available and made sure we had a relaxing getaway. Thanks so much Felix :)

We enjoyed our four-day stay tremendously! The cottage is exactly as in the pictures. And the location is just very good. What made us very happy was the presence of more than enough herbs, towels, coffee/tea, toilet paper, etc. Everything you normally miss was there! In addition, it was easy and quick to communicate with Sevanne before and during the stay. Recommended!

We had a lovely time at Maik's place. You can take a nice walk on site and do things within walking distance. You can reach the beach in 5 minutes by car. The listing is as described. Maik is very nice, always responds immediately to messages and is very helpful. For those traveling with a dog: In the high season, dogs are allowed on the beach in Castricum before 10:00 am or after 7:00 pm. We have had the experience that there are many dogs in Wijk aan Zee and that it is not too strict there.

I booked the space for a German colleague and he was in love with the apartment. Especially the sleeping area is fantastic. Shopping center around the corner, train station 10 minutes' walk and in 20 minutes by bike you are in Alkmaar or Egmond aan Zee. Astrid was very friendly and helpful.

Rene and Miriam are great hosts, always ready to respond to requests. The place is spacious and well appointed for 2 adults. In 2 minutes walk you will find a well served supermarket, no need to go elsewhere, as well as restaurants and an ice cream parlor. If you come in spring you will see a field of tulips from the living room window ^^ Very nice place close to shops and ideally located for visiting the area! And really nice hosts!
