As fellow travelers, we focused on the amenities that we can’t do without like a full kitchen and bath🛁. Cozy bedroom with powerful heat and A/C too! Centrally located in the rebuilding town of Paradise. Every home on our street was lost in the 2018 Camp Fire. We are the fourth home to be rebuilt on the street. There is new hope for this small mountain community. Decorated in a cozy cottage look with comfortable beds and everything you need in our stocked kitchen. Excellent internet and a smart TV . There is an outdoor table for and gas grill. Our local marina, Line Saddle, has boat, paddle board and kayak rentals for a day on the lake.

Aside from the upstairs noise periodically it was perfect! The couch is very comfortable to sleep on if you don't want the hassle of blowing up a second bed. The place was beautiful and we will stay there again if we get the opportunity. Great host/hostess.

Great space. Small but well proportioned. The coffee maker was a bit vintage but worked well. It was great an easy and super smooth place to stay. I was the knucklehead that forgot his toothbrush but there was one on hand to keep me covered. Thanks!

Kerry’s studio was clean, cute, and super comfortable—the bed was especially great! The space had everything we needed, and while the Wi-Fi was a little slow at times, it still worked fine for basic use. Just make sure your car can handle some steep grades and dirt roads getting there. Overall, a lovely spot if you’re looking to stay near Chico! Thank you, Kerry!

Historic Home in Downtown for a Couple or Group

Natalie and her husband Luke have done a wonderful job restoring the home to the original glory it was in 1883 but with upgrades. They covered everything you would need. Especially the little details, i.e. bottle of wine, laundry soap, little helpful notes. It was walking distance to several coffee shops and a resturant call Provisions. If staying it is a must visit for a drink or a meal. This will be where we stay next time in town.
