A couple or group of eight adults (no children) can enjoy the house while exploring the beauty and history of Butte County. One suite per guest (two guests maximum per suite.) Unbooked suites will be locked to keep the cleaning fee affordable for smaller groups.

This cottage was completely remodeled in 2020. It sits on the back of our property and backs up to an orchard. The property is over an acre. It is quiet and peaceful. You will find fruit trees, grapes, a garden and chickens. The chickens roam the property during the day. There is a covered patio and fire pit to enjoy the evenings in Chico. If you like to cook outdoors there is a gas BBQ. It is 1.8 miles from Chico State and Downtown.

We are located on the edge of college town, about a mile from downtown, and close to iconic Chico locations (Bidwell Park, Bidwell Mansion, various music and theater venues, local dining and coffee shops, and more). Welcome to "The Urban Fox" - a stylish 3-bedroom home walking distance to downtown Chico, CSU Chico, and near Enloe Hospital. Attached to the main home is a one bedroom unit rented separately on Airbnb. Both units have a private entrance and designated off street parking spaces. We designed the home with guests comfort in mind and look forward to being your home away from home.

Bedroom is spacious with a comfortable queen size bed. Large closet in bedroom and reading lamp. WiFi and flat screen TV with cable and a DVD player and Netflix.

This classic Chico Charmer is in a great neighborhood with close proximity to downtown, the CSU Chico campus, Enloe Hospital, and Bidwell Park.
