Casa Leve is a rustic and super charming house, all built with demolition materials, wattle and daub walls, built with a focus on sustainability, integration with nature and comfort. The house is furnished and decorated with furniture and art pieces from Atelier Carlos França, who also designed and built the house. The house is totally integrated with nature. Great studio with panoramic views of the bottom of Guanabara Bay and Serra dos Órgãos, attached to Casa de Artes Paquetá, the neighborhood's cultural center. The Gaudi Tower is located next to an important historical region of the island and surrounded by lots of greenery and tranquility on all sides.
