Chalet vacation rentals in Duque de Caxias

The stay in the chalet was great. It really looks like the photos available, the neighborhood is quiet, close to markets, bakeries, restaurants, pharmacies and places to visit in Teresópolis. Fábio also recommended trails for us to do. It is a perfect space for those looking to spend a few quiet days in Teresópolis. There were 4 of us and the size of the space was good for us. Note: we loved that there were some memory games, puzzles. I recommend it and if I return to Teresópolis I will definitely stay at the chalet.

If you want peace, quiet, cricket noise and lots of nature, this is the place to be. A piece of paradise hidden in Jacarepaguá. Gabrielle is a considerate host, always concerned about our needs.

A fantastic hosting. Well located. Very cool house (matches the listing). João is a very good host and makes us super comfortable. I literally felt at home. Next year I intend to return to Petrópolis and stay in this amazing place again.

Anamaria's house is much more beautiful and cozy than the photos show. It has no luxury but it has a very nice energy, harmonious and full of peace. Waking up to the sound of birds and the waterfall running in the back of the house was amazing. The three rooms are very spacious, with super comfortable mattresses and a view of the waterfall. Everything we need had in the house. All complete. We spent 3 very delicious nights with my family. Anamaria was always attentive and clarified everything properly without leaving any doubts. We were very well received by Célio. We love everything and the outside area is just beautiful. We will come back more often for sure!!!

We spent happy days at Loft da Mata. Surrounded by lots of greenery, rustic and natural decor, the space is beautiful and cozy. The kitchen is complete, the bathroom is very clean and Maria Izabel's spirit makes everything even more special. We had no difficulty getting an Uber, and for those who like to run or cycle, there is a bike path from the dirt road to Itacoatiara Beach, totaling 5 km. Our little dog Luz was super well received and also enjoyed the stay a lot.

We had a wonderful stay at Isabela's cottage! The place is super charming, cozy and surrounded by an incredible green space that conveys a lot of peace. Ideal for those who want to relax and reconnect with nature. Isabela was an attentive and helpful host the whole time.

Frédérique’s home is a peaceful oasis in Rio. I stayed here 3 nights with a friend (we are women and about 30) and we felt safe and at home here. The garden is tranquil, and Frédérique provided us with bread for toast and seasonal fruit to start the day. There are two adjoining rooms and a small bathroom. Everything was impeccably clean, and we had everything we needed. Checkin was easy. Frédérique was there to welcome us and answer any questions, then we had a key to come and go. We weren’t doing anything other than Google maps etc on our phones but Wifi was good and Frédérique made sure we got connected. The neighborhood is nice and there is a pharmacy and some shops but Santa Teresa is a bit removed from the hustle and bustle of the rest of Rio. You go up some winding streets, so it’s a bit of an uber journey to come back from other areas of Rio. It wasn’t a problem for us, and we enjoyed the area, but FYI, not as connected. Highly recommend, and I hope I’ll be back!

For those who love nature, there is no better place to stay than Rocio! Bia and Luiz are sweethearts and the land is breathtaking, with a circuit of waterfalls, a pond, saunas and a barbecue. We slept with the sound of the waterfall and the birds! Our only regret was not spending more time at the ranch! The 2 kilometers of dirt road are an adventure, but our car is low and we arrive well. You can't go wrong!Thank you Bia and Luiz for the hospitality and affection! We'll be back for sure!

If you are a wilderness person, this is basically paradise. The waterfalls, ponds, and viewpoints are literally on site!

We were very well received by Dona Mônica, very polite, we had a great reception, she gave us all the information and was reciprocal with the messages. A perfect place to unwind, relax and forget everything, as soon as we can we will be back for sure.

The city was all amazing, beautiful place, privacy we wanted, cozy, comfortable atmosphere, great breakfast and service by Zapissimo, Mathias served us with incredible speed. I definitely indicate and will be back !!!

It was all wonderful. We have nothing to complain about. My whole family loved it and didn't want to leave. It was a very special moment for me to have gathered everyone in such a cozy atmosphere. The caretaker and the owner are a love. Super cozy beds, everything clean and organized. It was perfect. I want to come back soon!

The chalet is beautiful and very cozy, the inn is amazing, there are several beautiful areas that they do not disclose in the announcement, it was a great surprise; the breakfast is sensational, very complete, we were received very well, helped us with the bags and explained everything, very requested.
