Great house, clean, organized, and very spacious layout. We enjoyed our stay.

Absolutely loved this place. It was very comfortable and my kids loved the pool. The only negative was not being able to take a bath in the large jetted tub. There wasn’t a stopper provided to be able to fill the tub and relax in the bath. All else was amazing and my kids and I loved it!

We had a wonderful stay at Dayanna’s place— the space was absolutely perfect for our family of five, including three energetic kids (one of whom is a teen!). The decor had a fun (some may say "girly") flair and the covered pool and the huge selection of family games always provided something to do. The location was super convenient, with shops just a short drive away. We also made a day trip to Clearwater Beach, which was an easy 45-minute ride and totally worth it.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Kris and Liz’s place. Everything was exactly as described, and the hosts were consistently responsive with updates and communication. The pool was absolutely beautiful—we especially enjoyed relaxing in it during the evenings after spending the day at the beach. The home was very comfortable and perfectly suited for the five of us. We also really appreciated the thoughtful touch of having beach equipment available for our use. Thank you for a fantastic experience!

We had a wonderful stay! The place was very cozy and we felt right at home. All the beds were super comfortable and it was just overall a cute place!

We had a great experience at Vito’s Airbnb. The home was clean and spacious, beds were comfortable, the neighborhood was quiet. The pool was wonderful. We especially loved that the pool and patio were screened in. Loved the large dining room table. The garage had a wagon, chairs, and toys to take to the beach. Plenty of pool inflatables. Washer/Dryer including laundry detergent. We cook most of our meals so it was nice to have a good selection of pots, pans, and cooking utensils. The home was stocked with toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher tabs, dish soap, hand soap, cleaning supplies, toiletries (shampoo/conditioner/soap), even beach/pool towels. Would absolutely stay here again!

My family stayed for a second time. This is our go to place to stay when traveling to the area. Laura is very responsive and helpful. House is very clean and newly updated.

Five stars. The home was just as advertised, and the hosts were more than helpful. My family of five had a great time visiting nearby beaches and coming back to a beautiful home to relax in the pool and hot tub. Everything was extremely well maintained and clean, which is probably the thing I’m pickiest about when vacationing. The beds were comfortable, there was plenty of closet space to unpack our luggage, the kitchen and laundry rooms were sufficiently stocked. I would 100% come back again. Thanks for a wonderful vacation.

The communication and ability to extend another day was seamless. The hosts were amazing, informative, flexible, and friendly. I definitely will come back again and stay there- central to a lot of things. The trip was so much more fun and comfortable staying here! I recommend this place 100 times over! Thank you again- it was a great stay.

Perfect home for our family visit to the area. Beds were very comfortable. House was clean and comfortable. Pool and outdoor area were perfect for hanging out and enjoying the nice weather. Close drive to downtown Dunedin or Clearwater. Highly recommend.

Exactly the escape we wanted from the North East. The house was spacious and very comfortable with an amazing water view. I had coffee on the dock every morning. The owners were very responsive and ensured our stay was enjoyable Highly recommend.

Location, location, location! My husband, 17 month old and I absolutely LOVED our stay here. We really appreciated the beach towels, beach chairs, and umbrella that we were able to use- saved us having to rent them at the beach. Kristen also had a binder full of menus and recommendations. So many incredible places to walk to and dine at. Plus a farmers market Friday and Saturday morning in the downtown park. Cannot say enough great things about this place and the host, Kristen! Super responsive and accommodating. The beds, super comfy too! We will be back ☺️

My family and I had an amazing time. The house is beautiful, cozy, and clean. The beds were comfortable, and the pool and backyard were well taken care of. We were very pleased with everything. Luz was an awesome host, she made us feel very welcome and responded quickly whenever we had a question. We will definitely be coming back soon!

We had a great stay at the dolphin house! It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and the host was very helpful with questions I had prior to our trip. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone. The area was great with lots of things near by and short drives to other nearby areas.

Loved staying at this Beach House, location was fantastic, right by the beach, quiet neighbourhood and close enough to everything we wanted while staying in a really peaceful and relaxing home. Would definitely book again and recommend.

Exceptionally clean home and we felt right at home. The back porch and canal view were breathtaking and peaceful. So worth everything. We had the BEST of time with so much FUN at our fingertips. Gemini place was a real gem. Home was as described. Very roomy, very clean, decor top notch, very comfy and home like feel. Easy walking distance to Spring Bayou, Sponge Docks, shops and restaurants. Less than 50 years to a very spiritual moving shrine, St Michael’s. Very clean and safe neighborhood too. We absolutely loved the home and location.

Great house to stay in and chill by the pool. Location is convenient to restaurants and beach. Ideal for a small vacation getaway. After a long day at the beach it felt good to come into a clean and nice and cold home. Pool was a great after beach treat!

my husband and I took our 3 kids here for memorial day weekend. the house in a nice quiet and clean neighborhood which we loved. we only had one problem when we arrived which was the AC was out and in Florida that can be a huge problem. but we let the host know right away and they called someone to fix it. we cooled off in their beautiful pool until it was fixed and before we went to bed we had a cool house. so thank you for your prompt response in getting that fixed. other than that the house is truly a gem. very clean, great amenities and the guidebook was a wonderful addition! my kids really enjoyed the pool and hot tub and the place is very spacious where we had our room. they pretty much had everything you could think of product wise so we didn't need to get much for our stay. we are from Florida but we don't visit Tampa often but this is a place we know we will come to visit again for sure!!! thank you Aaron and Sophie for making my family vacay and wonderful one!!
