Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Dundee

This was our home base for our golf trip which included stops in Carnoustie and St Andrews and a few others along the way. we had everything we needed to stay in and cook, do some golf laundry and relax on lazy days in the backyard. the bedrooms were comfortable and everything was clean. the local Larick Cafe was great for breakfast, but doesn't open til 10. it is of note that most local food spots in Tayport weren't open on Monday and Tuesday so plan ahead to takeout or eat in! Mary kindly left a personalized note of recommendations on what to do when we weren't golfing and the little amenities in the house like coffee, tea, milk and biscuits were wonderful! thanks for a great trip! 100% recommend this spot!

Loved it, did not want to leave. We were made welcome by Hazel and Don And even there neighbours And not forgetting wee Douglas, Hazel and Don’s Wee dog 🥰🥰🥰

The house is in the most beautiful setting with fabulous walks literally outside the back door. The house itself is great, the pictures don't do it justice. Its very spacious, plenty of room, our daughter, partner and the grandchildren where with us as well as our two dogs. Both pubs at Scone (10 min drive) are good for food, Dundee and Perth are within a half hour drive. The surroundings are just exceptional with great walks close by.

Spotless house with plenty space. The location was ideal for our needs. You can choose where to shop, either en route or at the local Tesco. The walk along the estuary was brilliant for the cockapoo. He loved it.

Wilma and John's house is brilliant! The house is much bigger than the pictures show. The location so close to the beach is fabulous and the view out of the living room and double bedroom windows is gorgeous. We spent much time watching the sea and trying to spot the Bellrock lighthouse. Was very sorry to leave and will definitely be looking to stay again. Thank you Wilma and John :)

Had a great stay at the cottage. The place was extremely clean, beautifully decorated and had all the amenities you need. It was surrounded by beautiful countryside and we were able to sit in the sun and have a BBQ. The second day it rained but they had games we could play which was a lovely touch. Overall I would highly rate this property and would definitely stay again.

If we could give more than 5 stars, we absolutely would. What a lovely fantastic place to stay. Everything was clean, tidy and you didn't need for anything as there is lots of extra items available for you. Little things like washing up liquid, tea, coffee, sugar and milk. We even had fresh eggs delivered each morning. The kitchen is wonderful, there is everything you need. Beautifully clean and kept well. The jacuzzi bath is special. The beds were comfortable and clean..Electric windows and blinds, a lovely touch and all easy to use. The games outside, tennis, football, basketball was great, and the grounds to walk in are an additional godsend if you have a dog. The hottub outside was clean, tidy and comfortable with such a lovely feel, being surrounded by fields. The grounds were quiet, spotless and it just felt like home the minute we arrived. We had a late check in as we got there late as our car broke down. But Alan stayed up to make sure we got in safely. 100% highly recommended.

Everything you needed for a stay. Road is noisy but knew this when booking. WiFi wasn’t great - didn’t bother me but had to put up with a teenager moaning . Again didn’t bother me but found it misleading that the wood burning stove is mentioned in the description before booking for ‘those cooler evenings ‘. And then once booked informed that it is decorative and not to be used. Perhaps update the listing for the property for others

The flat was beautiful and exactly as described. It had everything we needed and was super clean and tidy. The instructions for check in and out were very clear, absolutely no complaints at all!

lovely cottage for 2 people, the location in North street is perfect with free parking outside. The cottage is really well equipped including ironing board and iron...really useful as we were going to a wedding locally. Everything you would want in the kitchen too although we didnt coo as thete are so many lovely restaurants and pubs within walking distance. Would highly recommend this cottage and Gary was a great host checking in with us after we arrived to make sure everything was OK.

We had a fantastic stay here for a family wedding. It's within walking distance of all the great amenities Dundee has to offer. The apartment was wonderful, clean and spacious. We loved having the outdoor terrace too which felt really private. We would definitely stay again if we are back visiting. It was brilliant value for money.

Little Rosslyn is a lovely place to stay. Just like the pictures. with space to sif outside too. We really enjoyed our stay and the info folder was very helpful and easy confsct with Emma. Situated in a lovely village with local amenities, we would stay here again, oh and the fact you can bring your dog is great too.

Allison’s place was exactly as described in the advertisement. It was very easy to walk to Market St, North St and South St. it was a pleasant walk to the Olde Course and all the great restaurants. I recommend Allison’s Airbnb without reservation

This is a beautiful apartment, very tastefully furnished and in a lovely, quiet but central location. And with a fun garden. Check-in was easy and the hosts were extremely generous in leaving food and drink for us on arrival. Would thoroughly recommend.

Excellent communication from Annie. We had a pleasant stay using her terraced property as a base to come back to each day. This is well equipped accommodation with attention to detail, very clean, modern sanitaryware and kitchen. We had to shuffle the car to and fro between restricted and non restricted parking places which wasn't too inconvenient and we were able to park adjacent to the property for loading and unloading and overnight so that worked for us. The road is on a main route through the town, so is busy, though road noise quietens in the eveningtime. The front of the property is in shade and is one in a line of terraced properties where you enter from/vacate onto the path outside. However, there is a courtyard area which is south facing at the rear so I would imagine this would be a sunny spot on a warm day, a plus point for taking breakfast or a drink outside, we weren't able to utilise this because weather didn't allow so cannot comment how that works in principle.

We had a fantastic stay in Alex penthouse apartment, the views overlooking the harbour and the coastline were stunning. There was numerous places of interest and nice restaurants/cafe's within walking distance from the apartment. The apartment was finished to a very high standard, and was very peaceful. Alex and Christine were great hosts and always available to provide help and information as required. We highly recommend a stay at this apartment/location , and we will come again soon. Gail's place was perfect for our trip to St. Andrews. It was easy to find with her instructions and in a very walkable area. The apartment was sparkling clean, had modern upgrades, and was very comfortable. We would definitely return on another trip back!

Quiet, peaceful place to stay. I was working in Dundee and this was the perfect place to unwind after a busy day Great place nicely furnished, everything you need, very comfortable. communication with the host is very good as I was running late to check in, and they were very accommodating which took a lot of pressure off me. looking forward to staying again thank-you John and Henry

Anne and Guy’s stay was beautiful and just as seen in the photos, if not better! Stunning water view from the back garden and walkable location to restaurants. After a day of driving, we decided to order takeaway from Little Moon which was delicious and a walk away. I would definitely recommend staying here to anyone!

We really enjoyed our stay in Susan's lovely flat. Everything was so clean and quirky with all the little nods to it's location. The welcome hamper was such a welcome unexpected surprise too. We found everything really well appointed, the standout for me was the separate bath which has become increasingly rare nowadays wherever you stay. The private garden and parking space too was a boon, and again, hard to come by in properties at that price point. I also appreciated the supering size bed, as we will not stay anywhere with anything less. Thanks Susan and The Property Girls for a lovely stay, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone, and would definitely stay here again if visiting the area.

This was a lovely apartment with a balcony providing outdoor space and fantastic views of the harbour. Elspeth left milk, biscuits etc and the little extras ie toiletries and local information made us feel very welcome. Excellent communication throughout our stay. We would definitely stay here again. We had a fantastic stay. The place had a great artistic feel but however it had every practical need.The kitchen was very well equipped. Also the hosts included lovely wee touches,milk,fruit and biscuits for our arrival which was quite late so we enjoyed a cup of tea!Nice treats for our wee dog too! It had a very central location which made it easy to get to the shops in Cupar.Also the hosts had an excellent guide book with good recommendations for food and trios out and about.Ladybank woods were great for dog walkers! We really enjoyed our visit and would recommend this lovely property with very helpful hosts!

We had an absolutely wonderful week staying in Newport! The view of the Tay was amazing and the neighborhood was peaceful. We loved using the biking trails all along the coast and enjoyed walking to dinner for another great view at the Shoreline down the street. Can’t recommend this place enough!
