So much space It was so much bigger than I actually thought, which was such a bonus. Daphne is also lovely. Will definitely be visiting again on my next trip to Carlisle. Modern mezzanine studio flat

MickRating, 5 stars4 days ago
It's difficult to say in a few words not only how good the property is but also the people renting it out. First up - the property was perfect. Compact, immaculate, modern, good location. Had everything I needed with a TV for chill time and a great internet connection for work etc. Shower was awesome, heating great, bed mega comfortable and I felt nice and cosy in there. So on to the host. Jen went the extra mile, seriously amazing host. I needed somewhere for the the before the property was available, I messaged her and she juggled things around and got the cleaners in to the property mega early and got a turnaround so I got the extra night. in addition to that she also held the booking open for longer if I needed it, not many folks would do that and I truly appreciate it. Bottom line folks - a good property is only as good as the host so together these made it a phenomal stay and exceptional value. Couldn't rate it any higher. Thanks Jen and team x

Warriston Apartment at Holm Park

Anne-MarieRating, 5 stars1 week ago
We stayed at Piers's place as an overnight stop on going further North. Despite seeing the pictures on the listing we were amazed at the beauty and sheer size of the apartment; the high decorated ceilings, original wooden panelling, gorgeous oriental rugs & tapestries, pictures and artefacts from many different countries, plus a modern and extremely well equipped kitchen. I have never had a choice of 4 different ways to make coffee before! I chose the delongi which was perfect. A truly wonderful experience.. highly recommended!

Western Lake District cottage for 2

MenoelRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Absolutely great find. Provides camp site camping pods and what we went for; fully furnished cottages. We chose the smallest cottage (badgers den) and it was perfect for 2 people and a dog. Great location as a base camp for the lakes. The host is also friendly helpful and a good source of knowledge for the local area. I greatly endorse this place and will be coming back again

Harrison House, City centre Carlisle

SarahRating, 5 stars1 day ago
Great location, excellent hosts, nice clean space with plenty of room. The neighbor on one side is an auto mechanic shop and I occasionally heard noise from that side but not to often - I was away most of the days so can’t speak to if the business is noisy throughout the day. Overall great place and I would definitely recommend it to visitors!

Rural retreat with fabulous panoramic views

CatherineRating, 5 stars1 week ago
A great place to stay for a small group/family gathering. There are 2 living rooms and outdoor space so room to spread out. We loved the hot tub! The hobbit house is a cool addition with fairy lights, a Bluetooth speaker and is very well-insulated so warm even without the central fire going. The house has beautiful views and was a lovely place to relax and be cosy on rainy days. Only a short (15 mins) drive to the small towns of Kirkcudbright and Castle Douglas, Threave Gardens and the Kite feeding place at Laurieston.

Home from home in West Cumbria.

CharlotteRating, 5 stars1 week ago
We stayed for 5 nights and absolutely loved it! James was an excellent host with very clear instructions on directions to the property and how to gain entry. The property was immaculate on arrival with a very handy information book with instructions on how to use all the appliances. The kitchen was well equipped and has a good sized dining table, the living room was comfortable and with a smart TV making it easy to login to Disney+, Netflix ect. Both bedrooms had plenty of space and built in wardrobes and both beds were extremely comfortable. The bathroom was also very good with a spacious shower, we had no problems with the power or heat of the shower. The neighbors are very friendly too. The pub which is just a two minute walk over the road also served lovey meals and good had good service. We would definitely recommend staying here and would return if in the area again.

House with Garden and Hot Tub, Dumfries, Sleeps 6!

NatalieRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
We booked this little cottage as a last minute get away. It was exactly what we wanted. The cottage was clean and offered everything you need for a self catering stay . The hot tub was clean and ready to use on arrival. We enjoyed it so much we tried to extend our stay but it was fully booked. Margaret was great, she responded promptly to any messages or questions we had. We would definitely book again! 🌟

A modern home in the Lakes

KellyRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Anna's house is the nicest Airbnb we've ever stayed in. It was spotlessly clean and tidy, with plenty of parking. The neighbours were quiet and friendly, and the kitchen was well-stocked. The house is very modern and beautifully decorated, and the beds were very comfortable.

Had a lovely nights stay here, the house was really well equipped and lots of lovely little additions to make our stay nicer. We didn’t get to explore the area much due to it being so rainy but it looked lovely! Yvonne was a very helpful host and gave loads of advice and tips on where to eat out or visit nearby. The house was decorated beautifully and was lovely and cosy, would absolutely come back!

Victoria Apartments - Cairnsmore

LaleRating, 5 stars2 months ago
Came up from London with my partner to visit my brother and his family who live in Creetown. The drive from the apartment there was 10 mins so amazingly convenient for us! The apartment itself did everything you could need. Modern, clean, simple basics, but great internet, comfy bed, and lovely tv. Very lovely bathroom too! We arrived 3 hours late - early hours of morning but the check in instructions were so simple we did not need to disturb our host. Everything was honestly great. A little noise if you’re in the bedroom from the local pub but nothing excessive.

Whitbarrow - Luxury Duplex views/pool/hot tub/gym

HollyRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
We really enjoyed our stay here at Whitbarrow. The apartment was lovely, with the special addition of the balcony overlooking the beautiful views, which we enjoyed with a cuppa or two. Our boys loved the toys and the drawing that was available to play with but, of course, their highlight was the pool. Local distance to Lowther, buttermere, Penrith, pooley Bridge, Keswick etc so lots to do. We’ll be back soon! 🙂

Boutique 1 bed in the Lake District

JenniferRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
We loved this flat and it's location. Decor is so homely and cute and the place smelt amazing! Loved the addition of the neon quote and the bed and sofa were comfortable. Close to Keswick and Buttermere which is why we chose this place but perfectly positioned just off the high street should you need anything. I paid for the parking online which was significantly cheaper than directly in the car park for some reason so might be worth checking that out before you park. Would definitely stay again!
