Staying at Julian’s place exceeded all my expectations. Located right in the center of Paipa, it was the perfect spot to explore the town and enjoy the nearby hot springs. The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed for a peaceful and comfortable stay. The Wi-Fi was fast, the bed was very comfortable, and the overall vibe of the space was warm and welcoming. Julian was an excellent host—attentive, kind, and always ready with great local recommendations. You can truly tell he cares about his guests’ experience. If you’re visiting Paipa, whether for a short stay or a longer one, this is the perfect place. I’ll definitely be back. Highly recommended!

Beautiful apartment, just as described and as shown in the photos. We were surprised how spacious and comfortable it is, as well as the cleanliness of the place. It has everything you need to have a good stay, even a workspace. Catalina was very kind, her instructions were clear and she was always attentive to answering any questions. The price and location are excellent! I would definitely come back when I return to Paipa, highly recommended. 🙌

Sofia is an amazing host. We had a problem with the entrance to the Airbnb due to a communication problem, it doesn't seem to happen often. But Sofia was responsive, she recommended the best cookies I've ever tasted and responded quickly as soon as she could even though we arrived at the accommodation late at night.

it is an excellent apartment, with a very good location, the person in charge is very friendly and helped us get an additional parking space; however in the description of the property they do not tell people that a one-off payment of 5 thousand per person must be made for a handle that at no time was required by the police as at the door as they tell the guest, additional charge of 5,000 per person for access to the pool and 5 thousand per person for access to the sauna and the use is only 2 hours i.e. if the guest wants to be more time in the pool they must check if there is a quota and pay again for the times you want to use the wet areas.

What a spotless place, it is certainly one of the best places we have stayed in Paipa, it totally matches the description, it was also almost new the property. We always count on the host who was attentive to all our requirements. We got the rest we needed ☺️

Excellent, a very nice place. Despite being a studio apartment, the layout is acceptable for 4 people, the mattress of the sofa bed could be a little better. We just wanted a quiet and clean place to sleep, so it was more than fine. The common areas are good for resting and the children enjoy them a lot. This place was absolutely perfect! The view of the lake was stunning, even better than we expected, and the whole apartment had such a peaceful, relaxing vibe. It felt like a true escape. Honestly, the pictures don’t do it justice—the apartment is even better in person. The beds were super comfortable, and we slept great every night. The kitchen had everything we needed, which made it easy to cook and enjoy meals while soaking in the view. We loved every minute of our stay and would definitely come back. Highly recommend!
