“So, your looking to get out in the country and chill? Bunny and Gene's place is for you. Clean: I am a long term Air BNB guy....the cabin is as clean as it can be. Really nice facility, and they are awesome hosts who will do anything to make your stay the best ever. The cabin is on about 30 acres with a really nice pond and views. Really great hiking on property, very challenging and beautiful. And Rogersville is a gorgeous, historic town with all the stuff you need and non of the crap you don't! I can't say enough about the hospitality and desire to make your stay the best ever. Bunny and Gene are our friends now and you will feel the same way after your visit. Don't get in a hurry! They are about 25 minutes from the main highway...driving to and from on essentially a single lane road, you will see cows, sheep, goats, turkeys, deer and who knows what else...take your time and take it in...beautiful. Did I mention the hike around the ridges of the cabin? Oh Yeah, there is a civil war era family buried on the western ridge of the property. My wife and I happened upon it and it was incredibly moving, I shall never forget it. If it freaks you, get over it. If you are moved by it, go up and visit the Daniel Bailey Family Civil War Cemetery grave site...not easy to get there, but it will instill upon you the true history of this region of the U.S. Although you are in the middle of nowhere, the cabin has fiber optic internet service! The best of both worlds, my wife and I had to work while we were there and had super fast internet service...bizarre, in the middle of nowhere and totally connected. Take a break everyday and go down and feed the fish in the pond...so relaxing. Thank you Gene and Bunny, I consider you guys life long Friends.”

“Everything I expected and more! Amazing hostess. Sue was and angel, within the first day she was letting me know the local fishing spots and trails and things to do here in Kingsport. The house was very clean and homey. Comfy beds and well decorated inside with most all amenities you need while traveling! Also theres a swing bench and rocker on the front porch, and that is what really made this stay perfect. Will stay here again 10/10”
Low rate as I am a new host!!!!! Beautiful third floor loft in the middle of downtown Kingsport! Walk to all parts of downtown and local restaurants, coffee and cool shops! You’ll love this space! Comfortable and unique!
“Sarah’s loft is high up there in terms of quality and value. A beautifully furnished apartment within walking distance to almost all attractions and restaurants in downtown Kingsport! The kitchen was also fully prepared for me to cook in, I’m a cook by trade and all appliances were in good working order. The neighborhood itself is fairly quiet and the self check-in process is easy. The room is incredibly private and Sarah was super quick to respond to any questions I had! Overall, 10/10- my partner and I will definitely be planning another weekend here again in the near future.”
