On a fantastic lake plot with sun all day and a lakeview from the accommodation, this house of 55 sq.m. is located on part of our large plot. There is a sauna, bathing dock, sandy beach and grassy areas. Wintertime we drill an ice sink for swimming. Living room with dining table, sofagroup and fireplace. I stugan finns Wifi, sällskapsspel, fullt utrustat kök, gratis parkering (med tillgång till el), uteplats med grill. Dock ingen TV. We rent a spacious, bright and fully furnished 1 bedroom apartment of 52sqm in our house from the 70's. The apartment has its own entrance and is completely renovated with fine modern materials. The entire apartment is equipped with underfloor heating under the light gray concrete floor which extend through the entire apartment. New modern kitchen from Ballingslöv with everything you need to cook for one or more people. The apartment has an open floor plan.
