Kleines Sommer-Gartenhäuschen mit großer Terrasse mitten im Grünen. Es ist eine Art Hotelzimmer am Wald. Das Besondere daran, eine Giebelwand ist komplett verglast. Es befindet sich im Garten der Villa Sunnyside, oberhalb von Schloß Pillnitz. Nicht richtig beheizbar daher nur im Sommer/Herbst buchbar! Bei Buchung im September/Oktober: Es gibt einen Ölradiator, so das es dennoch gut bewohnbar ist. Bitte warme Sachen und dicke Socken mitbringen und nur buchen wenn ihr nicht kälteempfindlich seid.

Small but nice: cozy sandstone vaulted cellar (approx. 20 m²) with internal bathroom (toilet/shower) in an apartment building. Typical of a basement, there are only small windows that do not allow so much daylight. There is a kitchenette (fridge, mini oven, coffee maker, kettle, microwave, hotplates), but without a separate sink. Sauna use is also possible for an extra charge. Shared terrace with fireplace grill can be used by arrangement. Play options: table tennis and trampoline

The guest apartment is located in a modern house (Bauhaus style) in a second row on a property surrounded by venerable trees. Right across the street is a park (Beutlerpark) with old trees. This is in close proximity to the city center and about 15 minutes by foot or with trams (lines 3, 8, 10 and 11, etc.), stops about 8-10 minutes away, to reach.

A beautiful apartment awaited us (nicer than in the photos) and a very likeable accommodating host! We had booked the apartment as an intermediate destination - to fly from there on vacation. The proximity to the airport is simply unbeatable (and you don't hear any aircraft noise!!!) In the apartment we quickly felt at home. Thanks for a great stay! We'll be back

Having a bus service to the city was great; apartment was private and quiet-very liveable

A nice, modern little apartment. Practically furnished, with a lot of love for detail and every angle meaningfully used. Everything you need, new and clean. No ole or tapped items. Everything very well thought out. Up to a small glass of washing powder and small paper bags for feminine hygiene items. I was alone and on the road a lot. It could be a little bit cramped for two and little on the road, as well as for people over 1.90 cm. I felt very comfortable. I was in Dresden by public transportation. Various stops are nearby, from where you can easily get to the different sights. The apartment is in a rather quiet green neighborhood. Nevertheless, you are relatively quickly in the old town and co. Shopping facilities are available. There's nothing to complain about. Sören understands his craft as a host 🤩

The house is a real dream! As a Dresden resident, we held a birthday party here and all the guests loved it. The house is perfectly equipped for everything, we were able to talk flexibly about everything and the service was great! The pool at 38 degrees was also great for all guests, even when it got cool in the evening, everyone could splash around without freezing. I would have liked to have known the price for the pool heating, as it is very high, but that was really the only drawback. I'm sure we'll be back and enjoy our stay there 🤩
