we had a lovely few days. Beautiful hiking area and not too far from the beautiful city of Regensburg. It was a lovely big house, but a little dark. Otherwise, everything was completely to our liking

The accommodation is suitable for mountain hikes between Lusen, Gr. Rachel and Gr. Arber well located, possible starting points were easily accessible from there by public transport (daily, departure every hour). Within walking distance, there was everything you needed to prepare for the tours in the village with a small supermarket, bakery and butcher shop. It is best to find out about the opening hours before arrival. On the balcony of the apartment, you can perfectly end day trips in the sun and with a good view, after cooking something in the well-equipped kitchen. The apartment was very clean and is cozy and spacious. The hosts were very friendly, quickly accessible and helpful. A special feature was the farewell by shuttle service to the train station, thank you for the lovely stay and your hospitality!

Was just a dream, everything very clean, everything you need was available, super small quiet apartment. Would recommend anyone to get away from it all. We had a lot of relaxation and enjoyed the tranquility. We will be happy to come back. All the best to you and look forward to seeing you again.

the accommodation itself is very nice and modern. There were three of us and it was just right, but sleeping on the sofa bed I would rate as 4. The mattress that is placed on the couch is thin and sleeping is very uncomfortable, half is soft and half is hard. But the bed was very comfortable. The sun shines on the terrace until late afternoon and is also a little obstructed by trees. There is a farm where you can buy beef and lamb a short distance from the accommodation. From the accommodation, it is a nice walk to Špičácké sedlo, about 3 km and further to the lakes. 3 min walk to the train station, we returned from Špičák after an all-day hike. The information was that Netflix was on TV, but it wasn't. However, it was possible to download a streaming service and watch through your profile.

Everything went perfectly! Julien was a very responsive host and we enjoyed our stay a lot!

This house is absolutely as you hope it will be when you see the photos. My wife and 2 year old daughter were very content to spend days on the property, gazing at the river, listening to the birds, and playing in the garden. This is a beautiful house with good natural light, very clean, quiet, and well maintained. I must call attention to the radiant heating system, which is more comfortable than anything I have experienced. A relaxing escape we hope to return to in the future.

We felt very comfortable - the sauna and the possibility to bathe in the neighboring bathing pond are especially great. The great surroundings offer many more possibilities.

The house is very spacious and sparkling clean. The bathroom is modern and the kitchen has good amenities. Karina is a great hostess and immediately available for questions. You can park right in front of the house. There is a lot to do in the area; we went cross-country skiing.

Communication with Audrey was great. Good location. We were able to park the car around the corner on the weekend. Apartment can accommodate 2 + 2. The couch downstairs is pull-out and is a reasonable "emergency solution" Small beverage refrigerator that hummed a bit at night. I've unplugged it. The accommodation is well suited for a few days.

We had a wonderful week at Sabine's in Brennberg. The apartment has a nice wood stove, so even if it is a bit in the evening, the wood fire can burn cozily. It is very quiet, so you only hear birds and other animals. If you want to visit the hustle and bustle, Regenburg is close by. There are also several other activities in the area. The Walhalla near Regensburg, Nepal Himalaya pavilion with botanical garden, hiking in the area. And for shoppers, the Cambio and Mac outlet is 10 minutes away by car. Furthermore, Sabine is very helpful in giving tips on what to do in the area. And if you don't want anything, you can relax in the apartment or at the natural swimming pool.

Very idyllic and quiet location in the middle of the Bavarian Forest. There are many seating options where you can end the evening. Rene was very nice and always easy to reach. I'm sure we'll be back!

It was the perfect weekend to relax. We were extremely warmly welcomed and felt very comfortable. The place is highly recommended!

The place is great for slowing down. The surroundings are quiet and you had a lot of privacy. Everything was available, even a straightener. The hot tub is of course a highlight. I have already booked my next stay and am very much looking forward to it :)

My girlfriend, our dogs and I loved the place! The loft is simply amazing and you feel right at home and in good hands there. The surroundings are great for anyone who wants to relax and come down and I can only recommend it to everyone. We had a great and very relaxing time there :)

We were able to relax well. The apartment is great and uncomplicated for loading and unloading luggage. Swimming pool is great and we also liked the rest of the complex. The surroundings are very nice and were fantastic in the beautiful weather, which we had in our time on site. The apartment is well equipped, with everything you need to stay for a long time. There is even a possibility to use a washer-dryer. The bed is simple and good, we were able to sleep restfully. The kitchen is well equipped and even has a dishwasher. I think for a small apartment it offers a lot of amenities. Price - performance we found very good. Thank you!

Very chic and stylish accommodation where nothing is missing. High-quality materials make the apartment look extremely chic and modern. The highlight is the spacious bathtub with whirlpool function. The two associated parking spaces were also very practical, one of which was even in a garage. Check-in and check-out were extremely straightforward and very well described by the host.
