Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Downtown Seattle

Can’t say enough good things about this little sanctuary. We stay for almost 2 weeks and it was perfect for the two of us. So many great bars and restaurants nearby. The kitchen was perfect with several ways to make coffee. Fully stocked with plates, bowls utensils pots and pans. Stocked with all the amenities we could have wanted and more we didn’t know we did

This place was exactly how it was described, very nice decor and host was very professional and communicative from start to end of stay..the apartment was supplied with everything you need in case you did forget something for travels. Private entry and I heard nothing from neighbors. Very short Uber ride to great locations like Pike Place Market, Belltown and even to Pier...I ended up catching the ferry boat to Victoria BC for a day which was very nice...great spot to stay for when I return...

Staying here made our week-long volunteer jobs so much more manageable! With a comfy bed, lots of hot water, and a kitchen to make a quick cup of coffee or late night snack, we had all we needed after long days of set-up, festival, and strike.

I enjoyed my stay very much. I couldn't have asked for better. Thank you. I'd definitely book again and recommend to friends and family.

Airbnb was in a great central walkable location. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby. Couple of handy good to know: exit main entrance go left, make left at corner, walk to next corner there is a good convenience store or make the left and 1/2 down the block is a bakery (Macarina) delicious for coffee or light breakfast/lunch. Room itself is basic in decor and furniture. Most importantly the bed was very comfortable and bathroom clean and worked well. The unit had everything we needed nice refrigerator, coffee maker and wash /dryer. The building itself had very nice amenities for a city apartment and security at the front desk. We never felt unsafe walking the area. We Had some of the best communication before and during the stay from the host that we have ever received.

LOCATION, LOCATION Karthik's place was close to all of the things we planned for our 2 night stay in Seattle. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to see. We were starting a cruise from Seattle and we only needed to walk 2 blocks, downhill, to our cruise terminal. The condo comfortably accommodates 2 people. We would stay again!

You can see from the pictures that Karla’s place is beautifully decorated with whimsy and joy! We cooked in the lovely, well stocked kitchen and loved doing art together at the huge dining table, set in a room full of windows that seems hung among the trees! With so many Airbnb’s (especially in Seattle, for some reason) run by a company, often soulless and barely adequate, this home was the opposite: exquisite, every detail attended to, bathroom and kitchen generously stocked, and around every corner a surprise design element We walked the neighborhood and slept soundly in the bed. I hope to stay here again!

This house is incredible. The location is perfect, walking distance to many food and drink spots. There is an amazing coffee shop right on the corner. Sauna and soaking tub are relaxing. The house is clean and organized and has clear instructions. Hosts are helpful and knowledgable. Highly recommend!

Amazing guest home - super comfortable and beautiful design/furnishings. Loved our stay! The layout is 2 bedrooms on the 1st floor with a full bath and laundry. 2nd floor is the kitchen/living and other full bath. Allory was quick to communicate with us. Check-in and parking are very convenient. One of our favorite Airbnbs to date.

Todd was extremely hospitable and a great host. My family and I enjoyed the centralized location of the Airbnb. We will definitely be back next time we plan to visit Seattle.

This is a really cute, modern apartment. 10 minutes from downtown. Bed and pillows are very comfortable. Somewhere between medium and plush. They have a yogasleep wave machine in the bedroom. Slept like a baby. Price was excellent value. Would stay again for sure Thank you

Listen, this place was great! It’s close enough to the water taxi for easy access to downtown and the neighborhood is extremely nice and quiet. The space is big enough for 2 and the host is very nice! Definitely will stay again in the future.

I echo much of the same positives mentioned by past guests. Probably one of the cleanest airbnbs I’ve stayed at, if not the cleanest, and you can tell the host cares a ton about comfort when it’s never hard to find a tissue. Every space had tissue boxes, which I think is an amazing touch I’ve never seen elsewhere. Would stay again 100%. Thank you Carter for a fantastic stay!

Another lovely weekend at our favorite home-base at Ralph’s. We planned busy days and came back for downtime and getting ready for evenings out. Great walk down to the Helix Bridge and back over the Thomas Bridge to the Seattle Center. Easy return up the hill on the #1 bus. Delicious birthday dinner at Grappa close by. Looking forward to our next visit in a few months. Kathleen & Jeff

Was just a place to rest our heads for the night but it was comfortable and quiet. Being within walking distance to the Space Needle and Pikes Market was wonderful!

The apartment was clean, tidy, and comfortable. It’s in a great location with famous attractions, large shopping malls, and supermarkets nearby. Transportation is very convenient — there are light rail and bus options that make it easy to get to the airport and major city sights. The host was very thoughtful and shared helpful details in advance. I would definitely recommend staying here!

This was hands down the nicest Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at. The location is perfect and the condo is quiet, clean, and safe. Raj was super helpful and very communicative throughout (as well as before and after!) the process. 10/10 would recommend.

Wonderful location with was walking distance from Seattle center and the pier. Our daughter loved the pool as well!

I really enjoyed everything that this place can provide! You can walk to great spots like Pike Place Market by walk. I found several restaurants and bakeries and coffee shops within walking distance and enjoyed. Also, the view from this studio is great as you can see the space needle and enjoy the night views Highly recommend for the couples

Rick’s place in Seattle was the best place to be at. A scooter ride away from all the best restaurants and coffee shops. Loved every second of it and highly recommend it to anyone visiting! Will be back on our next trip to Seattle. Thank you Rick.

Great stay close to downtown! Clean and comfortable

Amazing location around the block from Pike's Place Market and right in the middle of downtown. Beautiful apt. with a ton of amenities and the convenience of a Target in the building. Host was very proactive and communicated with us regularly with helpful tips and great instructions. We would definitely stay again and recommend it to anyone wanting to visit Seattle.
