House vacation rentals in Downtown, Salt Lake City

This was a great place to stay for our larger group and could see this being great for two families. That has two kitchens and plenty of space for people to spend time separately or altogether. It’s also very close to anything you need, but a great neighborhood to walk around at the same time. The rooms and whole house were clean and well decorated. The only small complaint we had was that the pool and hot tub weren’t clean upon arrival, but the host was quick to respond and had it cleaned up that day. We were in between locations so that day was our planned “pool day” and it put a small twist on our plans with kids - but ended up working out by the afternoon. I would definitely recommend this location and would come back if we are in the area again! Overall, we loved the house and would definitely come back if we were in the area again!

Enjoyed the stay. The neighborhood is quiet with great walking areas throughout. The house has all the amenities you would need along with beautiful views of the city and mountains. Terry is very responsive with any questions or concerns you may have. I would stay there again.

The place was absolutely perfect for our girls trip!!! The colors were beautiful, the beds were comfortable, the hot tub and pool were great, thank you!!!

Stayed for a month and had a great time. Place was always a welcome retreat after hitting the slopes, whether that was enjoying the pool, game room, or hanging around the living area. Tim and Angie were responsive and helpful!

Jessica's house was exactly what we needed for an amazing weekend! Everything was as described plus more! We would love to stay here again for our next vacation!

We absolutely loved this place. We had 5 adults and 1 child so if anyone wanted 'space' there was more than enough in this house. We had a bit of 'issues' with the pool and hot tub but CJ was quick to get maintenance on the problem and fixed it promptly. We thoroughly enjoyed this home.

The apartment was great! My only issues with it were the bathroom sink wasn’t cleaned very well, but not a big deal, and it stays pretty warm in the apartment for my liking, other than that there is a paid parking lot that is visible from the apartment window. It’s cheaper than the garage. If you do park in the garage you are limited to the first floor of it and should not park there until you have checked in so you don’t have to drag your luggage up the stairs. The apartment was nice and very clean for the most part. Very convenient location and comfortable furniture. 100% will recommend and would stay here again when in the area. When I did have questions the host was very quick with responses.

We loved the Adams house and the hosts were so communicable and helpful! The shower pressure was wonderful and the bed I slept in was so comfortable.

This is my second visit to the Quaint bungalow. Very comfortable and great location in Sugar House, very near my son’s apartment. My only communication with Peter is to have him adjust the air conditioning, which he is very responsive and quick to help. I really like staying here and having a comfortable place to visit with my son after our outings.

Had an amazing stay! Eddy was a fantastic host—super responsive and welcoming. The house was immaculate and spotless, and the backyard was absolutely out of this world. Perfect spot to relax and take in the Utah scenery. Highly recommend!

My mother and I had a great stay here! Matt’s place is in such a beautiful neighborhood with lots of walkable places for us. The house is gorgeous, historic and cozy.

Great stay! Thang was very responsive and the home was extremely well equipped with everything you could need. The “welcoming” snacks and drinks were a hit along with the board games on hand. The location was also perfect for our salt lake adventures. We’d definitely recommend!

We had a great stay at Tiffany's lovely home! Spacious, beautiful on the inside and with a nice big backyard with a table and chairs to sit in case you want to enjoy some fresh air. There was 6 of us total, and it was spacious enough for us to not feel stifled. We also enjoyed and made use of the comfy beds, a laundry room, and a fun foosball table to play with! Highly recommended!

The flowers out back are breathtaking. We had the best time! The location is very walkable and has great spots for coffee and dinner. Pago was an incredible meal. Cannot say enough nice things about the Airbnb

Location, location, location! This location is absolutely gorgeous. We’re high up in the avenues with the valley stretching out beneath us. The apartment has been renovated and is absolutely gorgeous. It was very comfortable, thank you for making our visit perfect.

I had a wonderful stay at Sarah's place. The renovations to the house were the perfect blend of modern while keeping the vintage character of the house. The decor was on point. The house was well stocked with a coffee station, basics for cooking, extra blankets around the house, and extra supplies if I needed them. I hope to stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

House was very clean and the bed was so comfortable! Charming home with a beautiful view of the city and sunset. Cute historic neighborhood so fun to walk around and explore.

The place was amazing, very clean, modern, and convenient. Bed was firm but comfy, kitchen well equipped, and the 2 baths made getting ready a breeze. Parking was very convenient and several restaurants and a grocery store were in walking distance. Talmage was super helpful and responsive. Great stay, would come back again! We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful, modern townhome! The space is thoughtfully updated with a clean, stylish design. The bedding was incredibly comfortable—some of the best sleep we've had while traveling. It’s located just minutes from the downtown area, making it super convenient to explore local restaurants, shops, and attractions. Check-in was seamless and straightforward, and we really appreciated the large TVs in the living area and bedrooms—perfect for relaxing after a day out. Highly recommend this Airbnb for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and a touch of modern luxury!

Johanna and Brett were terrific to work with. Their space was exactly as described and, despite being in an older home, the amenities, fixtures and utilities were all very modern and looked great. The space is cozy but extremely well laid out. Very comfortable there and glad I came across it for my travels.

This was a perfect bungalow for our stay: a large bedroom, well furnished kitchen and even laundry facilities. The location worked well for us with dog walks around Liberty Park and food/coffee nearby on the 9th South Maven district.
