Vacation rentals with breakfast in Doukkala-Abda

We had an amazing time at this Riad. It was well organized, if we ever needed something Rachida was always responsive. Marium our local help was so fantastic and cooked delicious breakfast and dinner whenever we needed. If we ever ran late or needed a later checkout, there was flexibility. I would highly recommend this Riad so close to all of the main attractions of Marrakesh.

A beautiful and modern Riad which made our family feel at home! Gorgeous rooms, bathrooms, nice rooftop lounge area with a small plunge pool but enough to soak in hot weather. Location is literally 3 mins walk to Jema El Fena!! A/C was amazing. Great brekkie by our lovely housekeeper who doesn’t speak English so be sure to use Abdel ( house manager) via text to ask for anything. Best breakfast we ate and she made chakshouka as a special request. TY Rachida! Definitely arrange here for her reasonable taxi which takes you to alley where a porter grabs your luggage and walks you rest of way where cabs don’t go. If I had any minor complaints it was no working dryer but we dried things on roof and could use washer! No doubt that will be fixed as the owner has a gem of a place!! Will 100% recommend this to anyone visiting the Medina! Ty Hannah and Abdel for a great place!!

A wonderful stay in the heart of the Medina. The riad was spotless, beautifully designed, and very private. Nicole was exceptional: incredibly responsive, thoughtful, and always two steps ahead. The breakfast spread each morning was amazing, and Fatima was an absolute gem, kind, helpful, and welcoming. Highly recommend!

An amazing Riad. The staff couldn’t do enough for you. They were incredibly welcoming and attentive and did everything they could to ensure we had a great stay. Some areas of the Medina were quite confronting for our group as we copped abuse just for being there however this is not a reflection of the property it’s more an awareness to be respectful and not stand out.

Paola's place is one of the best Airbnbs we've ever stayed in! She kindly arranged an airport taxi, and we were met by Hicham, who guided us to the riad and gave us a full tour. Nestled in the heart of the Medina, it's steps from colourful souks, great restaurants, and filled with the sounds of the call to prayer and local music. The home is stunning- flooded with natural light while remaining completely private, with elegant clean lines, beautiful materials, luxurious toiletries, high-quality linens, and a sun-drenched terrace with potted herbs and loungers. The bed was very comfortable (firm mattress), with extra linens available. The well-equipped kitchen included fresh oranges, bread, cake, olive oil, butter, jam, and coffee. We loved using the electric juicer for daily fresh orange juice. The internet was fast, and the AC worked perfectly- much needed in the June heat. It was an incredible base to set off from each day- we only wish we could have stayed longer!

Susan’s Riad was perfect for our group. Spacious and a bright setting. Najet the housekeeper was super friendly, her food was brilliant. We had dinner and breakfast made by her and all meals were superb! The location is very convenient for the markets and other locations.

The landlady was very nice and had snacks and hot tea ready for the first meeting, the room was very clean and tidy. Flowers were kept on the windows 🌸 very, beautiful.

Our experience was very the apartment was superb and the reception was amazing. positive and we really enjoyed playing the Playstation with stunning views of the private garden and the Atlas Mountains.The apartment met all the essential and secondary needs, and the rooms were comfortable and spacious.Reda listened, gave us all the necessary advice and offered us several activities that we booked through it.We were very satisfied , in addition to the rental of the car it was quick and with reasonable expectations. The house is wonderful, super clean, nothing is missing, the best part is the pool in the condominium for a little relaxation. He and his wife manage the B&B in an extraordinary way, they respond at any time if you need them and are always super available. The house is very comfortable in a great location close to all the attractions and in a very quiet and safe area. There is a Carrefour nearby and an extraordinary good bakery!

I had an exceptional stay at Khalil's again. The apartment is located in a very high standard residence, ideally located in the heart of Marrakech. From the entrance, you immediately notice the quality of the decoration: every detail has been thought out with taste and refinement, creating a warm and elegant atmosphere. The apartment is very bright thanks to its beautiful exposure, and offers a relaxing view of the interior patio of the residence. The cleanliness of the premises is impeccable, everything is perfectly maintained, which gives a real feeling of comfort and well-being. The amenities are modern and upscale: complete appliances, comfortable bedding, efficient air conditioning… everything is designed to make the stay enjoyable and worry-free. It's a place where you can feel at home, or even better. This is not my first stay at Khalil's and it will certainly not be the last. It's always a pleasure to come back, I recommend it🤗✅.

Our first time in Marrakech and I’m so glad it was in this beautiful Riad! From the airport pick‑up to help with our departure arrangements, everything was seamless and welcoming. The location is ideal — right in the heart of the Medina — making it easy to explore. Abdou’s cooking was absolutely incredible, true comfort food that felt like a home‑cooked meal. After a hot day exploring the markets, it was such a treat to come back and cool off in the pool. No complaints at all — we’d return again in a heartbeat. Thank you for making our stay so memorable!

This riad is simply perfect in every finely studied detail, we will stay another day to enjoy the riad. Naima is present but at the same time discreet, an excellent cook for delicious dinners, and sublime breakfasts. Me and my girlfriend had a great stay at Riad Belikoss. The riad looks very nice and has a great rooftop to enjoy breakfast or to relax. Our room was great, clean and looking nice. The mattresses are quite firm, but that was no problem for us. Breakfast is really great here. And the staff are very kind and helpful. The riad is located in the medina, so it’s very easy to walk to all kinds of beautiful places and restaurants. Taxi’s are also nearby. This place gets a definite recommend from us and we will come back here the next time we are in Marrakech.

Halime greeted us each morning with a warm smile and a breakfast that felt like it was made by a loving mother — fresh, delicious, and full of care. Her kindness set the tone for the day. Jan and El-Hossein were incredibly attentive, always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. They were gracious, warm, and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. We left with full hearts, grateful for the generosity and spirit of this place. We can’t recommend it enough — not just the Riad, but the entire area. It’s a gem worth discovering.

WOW! If you are looking for a safe, clean and comfortable Riad this is the best! The host was the kindest man I’ve ever met and helped make sure we made it to our driver safely and even gave us a thorough explanation of the Medina and a map of the area. Our room was large and clean and the location was close to everything. HIGHLY recommend! 😀
