Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Douglas County

We stayed at Lakeview Tea for our 10th Anniversary in June and it was absolutely perfect. Not only is the apartment charming and well-appointed, but the private deck overlooking Lake Superior was like a dream. We had an incredible time and highly recommend this host. Jennifer went above and beyond to make this special for us, and she has a unique touch of adding the little things that make the place feel luxurious. And waking up to the view of the lake from a fabulously comfy bed was just the relaxing getaway we needed! The weather was cold, which was WONDERFUL for these south Florida guests. ☺️

Amazing place to stay in Duluth. Easy access to Canal Park and scenic walk to the lighthouse. So much to do within short driving distance as well. Restaurants and food located in the area. I would definitely stay here again!

We were in town for a weekend and really enjoyed our stayed. Tammy’s place was exactly as described. It was warm and cozy with everything we needed for our stay.

This was great for our group! Having two bathrooms was a lifesaver with all of us girls needing to get ready. The location is perfect - we could easily walk to bars, restaurants, and shops. Plus, access to the pool and hot tub was a fantastic bonus! We will definitely be back!

This was our first stay in this part of Duluth. While it was a bit of a drive to some parts of the city, the quality, price, & privacy of this studio apartment was well worth it. The road outside is fairly well traveled during the day but the neighborhood felt very safe & at night, it was quiet with virtually no traffic noises. There is a gas station across the street & a grocery store nearby. We also discovered Lester Park nearby right before we left town. Next time we’d like to walk there. The apartment itself was very clean, comfortable, & spacious. We didn’t really use the kitchen but it is nice & as shown. The bathroom was lovely & the fixtures/amenities are very nice. The laundry room was also helpful in our short stay. I would give the king mattress 7.5/10 (& I’m particular about mattresses :). The only unusual thing was that the bed & the couch are very low to the ground. But that didn’t pose issues for us. Thank you for a great stay! We hope to come back.

We had an excellent stay at the Luxe Loft! We were very impressed by how well-stocked the condo was, with everything needed to prepare our own meals. The spices, paper towel, ziplock bags and plentiful coffee and tea options were especially appreciated. Among the coffee and tea options were ground coffee, whole bean coffee with a grinder, a Keurig with various options; and different flavorings. We also appreciated the different lighting options throughout the condo, brighter white lights and warmer lights too. The welcome basket was a nice touch as well. Overall, excellent option in the heart of Canal Park! Highly recommended.

The accommodations exceeded my expectations. It was even better in person. The amenities (toiletries, towels, sheets, bathrobes) were worthy of a 5 star hotel. The view of Lake Superior was beautiful! It was fun to be able to look south and see Canal Park and downtown Duluth. Just a block away from biking/walking Lakewalk trail that goes all the way to Canal Park! Grocery store a block away. The only thing that detracted from it at all was being on the main road from Duluth to the North Shore. I didn't pay attention to that when I booked. There is a fair amount of road noise all day long and even sometimes at night. If you're a light sleeper it might be a problem. However it's worth it to bring ear plugs and crank up the fan that's available in the bedroom to drown out the noise!

We stayed here to run Grandma's Marathon and out was the perfect space to relax before and after. It was super easy to get into Duluth for the 5k and we were so close to the shuttle to get to the start line. We didn't have our kids with us this trip, but we have 3 and this place made us wish we had brought them along! It seems very kid friendly and had everything you might need to stay with little ones. There were lots of good restaurants and a great brewery just minutes away by car. The space itself was very comfortable and felt just like home.

We were in town for the marathon and this spot was very convenient to the UW Superior campus for event transportation. Nice and relaxing spot away from the crowds with friendly neighbors.

Beautiful farm house. Host was super responsive. VERY quiet, so much that we wanted to use the noise machines in the rooms. Very warm (we visited in February and below 0 temps) and pleasantly surprised how warm it was. Bathrooms don’t have exhaust fans and would recommend bringing or adding more fans to the property for moving air at night because it was pretty warm. (Yes we turned down the heat at night)

Highly recommend this place! Great location, very clean, kitchen well stocked, comfy beds, view of lake from back deck. Host was very communicative and allowed us to reschedule our stay with ease. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

Five stars! I read the reviews before I booked Mark's place. I was a little worried about the home having 1.5 bathrooms with my family of 5. I am so glad we booked! It was not an issue at all. The house had plenty of space. We walked to the bakery, walked to the coffee shop, walked to Canal Park. It was great! Mark was very responsive. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The furnishings were comfortable and there was plenty of room to relax and work.

The best thing about this house is the view! We constantly looked down the hill to Lake Superior and watched ships go under the lift bridge. The house was perfect for our 10 family members. It was extremely clean, well stocked and well-designed. There is a large parking lot for multiple cars and a huge yard where we had a family baseball game. In the mornings we had coffee on the wrap around deck where there were lots of chairs. We attended a wedding down on Park Point and it only took us 10 minutes to get there (although we reminded each other allow extra time in case the lift bridge went up). We had a wonderful time and this was the perfect place for us to stay and have fun. We all agreed that we would all stay at this place again. Thanks, Amanda!

This was definitely one of the best Airbnbs we have stayed in. Beautiful home, well stocked kitchen, very spacious and spotless. And Dale and Donna were quick to respond to any questions. Having the two apartments was a really bonus! We will definitely stay here again if we are in the area! We highly recommend this!!!!! Thank you for opening up your home!

My family loved staying at this pristine and well-equipped home. The house was absolutely spotless, beautifully decorated, and had lots of places for us to relax and socialize. We had a great time in the rental and it suited our situation to near perfection. Everytime we needed something from the host they were quick to reply and help. The rental provides close access to downtown Duluth and ple ty of shopping areas, as well as to the other neighboring towns. The location overlooks the city and the lake and we had no issues walking our pets around the area.

My family and I were very comfortable staying here (2 adults and two kids). There was plenty of room and everything was very clean. The location is great. The beds and furnishings were very comfortable. It was a bit overpriced, but we went during marathon weekend so a lot of places have higher than usual prices. Overall, we had a great stay!

We loved our stay! This was the perfect home base for our visit to Duluth. The location made it easy to walk to great restaurants and shops, and the space itself was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. The kitchen was well-equipped for cooking, and communication with Heirloom was excellent, including a warm, welcoming phone call prior to our arrival. We’ll definitely be back!

It is quiet, comfortable place to stay. Perfect for a girls weekend! It’s a 0.5 mile walk from downtown and centrally located in regard to other attractions. Would stay here again.

My family absolutely loved our stay here. Everything was walkable or a very short drive, but still had a sense of privacy. The views of the lake and city are gorgeous. The place had everything you could need for your stay, including toys for kids (a big hit for us). It really felt like home away from home. Alyssa was a great host with timely communication and clear instructions. Highly recommend if staying in Duluth!
