Located within the grounds of our 16th Century Manor House alongside Bonnezeaux and Chenin, Anjou offers excellent accommodation suitable for a family or couples. This was originally a farm two storey barn which we renovated in 2001 and it was originally a stable. It is now the welcoming 3 bedroomed holiday accommodation it is today. It’s metre thick walls and double glazed windows and doors provides a cool respite from the summer heat or a snug retreat for early or late year holidays.

The cottage - labeled 4 * - is arranged in an old school. A new primary school is installed on the adjoining grounds, so noise disturbances are limited to the operation of a school. In an old school, we installed a loft in the middle of Saumur. Overlooking a wooded courtyard, you can enjoy 3 bedrooms (2 adult bedrooms and 1 bedroom for 4 children), a large living room and a bathroom. You will also have access to an adjoining classroom in which we have created a 3 m x 3 m indoor pool, heated with counter-current swimming. You'll have the option to park 2 vehicles in the yard.

It's just waiting for you to have a good time with family, friends and children. Have a good time in summer and winter: You can sit around the pool with a good aperitif and a barbecue in the summer and in the winter around a good raclette in its cozy living room, dining room.

From May, you benefit from the swimming pool shared with another two-person gite and our family on the neighboring property but with two independent terraces.
