Our cottage is located in a small quiet village Dolní Stropnice about 12 minutes by car south of České Budějovice. The village is bordered by the Malše and Stropnice rivers on two sides and the confluence of both rivers is nearby. Its size offers accommodation especially for families with children, smaller groups of friends or a couple looking for peace and romance. It provides accommodations for 1 to 6 people in 3 bedrooms. Cleaning fee 1000,-CZK (not charged if the property is returned in a clean condition). Included in the price of 7kWh/day. Security deposit 3000,-Kč

Short walking distance 15 minutes to the historic center along the river, ample bike paths. Possibility to park one personal car ( motorcycle ) in a locked area of the yard, right at the entrance to the house. The possibility of storing sports equipment. Personal handover of the apartment. Parking is included in the price of the stay.

Our cottage is located on a semi-remote in a forest by the Stropnice River. While this may not be the case at first glance, there are neighbors nearby, but they can't be seen from the cottage. Enjoy sitting by a crackling fireplace with a book and a cup of tea or breakfast on the patio. There's no wifi in the cabin, so enjoy your time together.

Medieval tower built in 1505 as a city fortification. Very unique experience, only few of them in the world used as accommodation. The tower was totaly renovated in summer 2016 with 21st century standards, and it's standing just 200 meters from the Cesky Krumlov castle.
