Komi is in the southern part of the island of Chios in an area called Mastichochoria (i.e mastic villages). It is a very quiet beach on a daily basis except from the weekends as it becomes popular due to the restaurants and bars. The apartment is comfortable and has got everything to make your stay enjoyable.

On the private yard and mastic trees the guest can enjoy the complete peace of mind, while the famous "Mavra Volia" beach is very close by by and the best organized beach of Chios "Komi". Hello there! We are offering for rental our holiday home in the Southern tip of Chios Island. It is a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the amazing view of the Aegean sea. The tiny islet of Venetico in the background with it's lighthouse on it which blinks as it gets darker, seems to change colour during the day. Then you can enjoy a sky full of stars far from the light pollution of a city.
