The apartment is strategically located in the heart of downtown, with bars, restaurants, cafes, and supermarkets nearby. When I arrived, I thought I would find a lot of noise from outside, but because the apartment is in the back of the building, you can't hear anything from outside. It's very close to the ring road where the nightclubs are. You can walk during the day. At night, I recommend taking a taxi back. Paola is very attentive to any questions. In general, everything was great. 100% recommended

It is an apt as in the photos very nice and clean, it has what you need. The hosts are very friendly and always ready to contact.

good and spacious apartment in the middle of everything in Pereira

Always stay here, I've been to so many, but this is the place to be. There is no parking in the building, but there is parking outside and a few parking garages (one is open 24/7).

I loved staying in this apartment, it was suitable for a stay in Pereira. It is located in a strategic place with many stores, which facilitates access to whatever you want, a very quiet and strategic area for transportation.

If you're in the town for a few nights, Alamos is the place to go. I haven't tested the place for a long term stay (+30 days) but it was perfect for my day in Pereira and the location is in my favourite neighborhood, Alamos.

The area is well located, there are many food areas nearby, areas for mechanics whether motorcycle or car. Mrs. Diana is very attentive Pdta… He greeted us with coffee

Place was clean and well decorated. This building is very well located. Restaurants, bars and a mall are all walking distance. Having entrance with security personnel is a big plus as well although the area felt safe at all times.

The suite is divine, the only thing is the noise; you can hear the motorcycles and cars on Av. 30. Everything is perfect, except the room has no noise-blocking window. If that's not a problem, it's perfect. For me, I'm a light sleeper, so it was a little uncomfortable. But the suite is 10 out of 10!

Absolutely a wonderful stay. Very clean and comfortable. Everyone is very friendly. The pool area looks amazing. Less than a 10 minute walk is a market where you can find anything needed. A bakery is next to it so plenty to choose from. Taxis are easy to get. Had a wonderful time.

The accommodation is set with a sophisticated design and full of natural light, creating a relaxing and elegant atmosphere. Its location is also notable: the apartment is in a quiet area, very close to local shops and restaurants, which makes it easy to enjoy the region's cuisine and culture without complications. Our 10/10 hosts, providing clear communication from the first contact and making sure everything was perfect during our stay.

The stay was very pleasant, John and Sara were always very helpful. Good price for the facilities. Very accessible to go downtown. Definitely good value for the money.

Excellent place, super easy to enter, very ventilated and clean.

About 10 minutes from Pereira, a clean and very pleasant place. They helped us a lot with the schedules. They have an extra charge, but in our case, it helped us a lot with the flight times. The neighborhood is nice. You have to walk a little, but you find everything and it's very safe. The pool is super clean, very organized. Everything to enter seemed very safe to me. The host always responded super fast and in general I would return!
