Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Dorrington

Loved our time Arnold. Really enjoyed the home, especially the hot tub. I loved that the back patio was completely enclosed so that my small dog could also wander around when we enjoyed the hot tub. Close to the super market and lovely hikes.

We had a wonderful stay. The house is beautiful, very well designed and spacious, with several lovely porches to sit outside. Everything felt brand new and was spectacularly clean. Everything worked exactly as expected. The location is a very easy walk a couple of blocks over to downtown Murphy’s. We would absolutely book again for our next trip!

We had an amazing stay at Maitreyee's cabin. The cabin is exactly as described, spacious, clean, well stocked kitchen, great comfy beds. The cabin is on a very safe neighbourhood perfect for families or solo travellers alike. we were family of 5, had a great time and would definitely come back ! Maitreyee was super responsive, appreciate her prompt communication!

I was pleasantly surprised. Sometime, the photos look way better than the place but this time the photos did not do it justice. It is such a cute place!! The hot tub was great! The handouts for restaurants and things to do in Arnold and Murphy's was great. We did not use the game room but I can see that it would be fun for adults and children! I will definitely return!

Bob and Polly’s home was truly one of the best places i’ve stayed at. It was comfortable, cozy and very peaceful. They had everything that you would need for your visit. Very close to the big trees park. There are a bunch of restaurants close by and a grocery store as well. I would highly recommend this home!

I can’t say enough great things about Fred & Patricia’s home! My family and I were fortunate enough to be able to call Fred & Patrica’s place home for 30 days. It was amazing to be able to wake up with the amazing scenery and just a short drive or walk you can find a market and pizza! Everyone in the area was friendly. We absolutely loved it and hope to be able to visit again in the future!

Rachel's place offers great value and peaceful surroundings. Yosemite is about a 2-hour drive away, so plan accordingly if that's on your itinerary

Thank you Laurie for opening your home to us. We do a lot of cooking & the kitchen was fully supplied, way more than the average Airbnb. It really felt like home. We enjoyed the open space setup for our family & 3 dogs. Thank you!!

Great location in the woods. very calm and peaceful place. loved the fully stocked kitchen. Connie was very responsive, friendly and gave good recommendations for Yosemite. The sofa cum bed in the living room was a bit uncomfortable though but manageable. Having dishwasher in the kitchen would have been very useful as we had to do all the dishes before the checkout. Overall it was a good experience.

Very affordable place to stay compared to other bnbs nearby. Not a “cabin” but still had the homey cabin feel. Kitchen and fridge were stocked a little bit. Grocery store nearby. Very easy and flexible check in. Laurie who takes care of the rental for Robert was very nice and friendly and helpful. If you have kids there is a little selection of toys and also a little selection of dvds. Walking distance to the golf course across the street. Overall a very good experience. Would 100% stay there again.

We came for a getaway from the San Francisco Bay Area to be in the mountains for Memorial Day Weekend - we had a wonderful stay in the Hilltop apartment surrounded by forest - so relaxing to be close to nature! Thank you Raman!

Another great stay at Stew's place. I highly recommend. It is off a busy highway, but you wouldn't know it because it is secluded down below the businesses and is very private and quiet. Everything was very clean and lots to do with movies and games for the kids. The hot tub was so nice. It was very cool in the morning so that is a great way to warm up under the canopy of pine trees that surround the back deck. Definitely will be back for another stay.

Great little hideaway a block off of Main Street in Angels Camp. Good access to nature and historic mining towns. The bed was very comfy, and the separate living area provided wonderful relaxation.

Penny’s place is truly a hidden gem—a peaceful escape from reality. My husband and I both work, go to school, and juggle raising kids, so we were long overdue for a quiet getaway to reconnect. Sanctuary in the Pines was exactly what we needed. It’s calm, quiet, and surrounded by nature—perfect for slowing down and just enjoying each other’s company. You really can't describe the experience fully in words... you just have to go and feel it for yourself. Penny is hands down the best host we’ve ever had. She’s incredibly sweet and thoughtful, and always responds quickly if you need anything. Her warmth made us feel so welcomed and taken care of. If you're looking for a place to relax, recharge, and reconnect, this is it. One tip: don’t make the same mistake we did by arriving late at night—come during the day so you can enjoy the gorgeous drive in and take in the views. The hosts make this place outstanding. Peaceful and secluded space that was conveniently located. Exquisite attention to detail by the host that it felt like home. Would have to stay again when I’m in the area.

My family and I had a wonderful and peaceful stay. The loft is truly a hidden gem—cozy, comfortable, and just the right size for me, my husband, and our toddler. It was thoughtfully equipped with anything we needed beyond what we brought. The location couldn’t have been more convenient! We walked to downtown each day and truly enjoyed the surrounding area. All info was provided in advance, which made check-in easy. Mike was a responsive and helpful host. Access to the lake was such a bonus—it was calm, uncrowded and added to our already wonderful stay. We definitely hope to return soon!

Me and my friends had a great experience staying here, it was so easy to check in and get situated. The suite was so spacious and had everything we needed to have a comfortable stay. The hosts were very responsive, and made this weekend getaway so pleasant.

We had a great time in all the pools!

This is a wonderful spot. Top floor end unit with really lovely views(might be the best there) and very quiet. There were deer outside, hummingbirds, dragonflies and lots of sweet birds. Pool and games are close. And the people that work there were helpful and kind. There are a few spices in the cabinet but anything else you need to cook with you'd have to get at the grocery store or bring with you. Definitely equipped with all of the necessary utensils and linens. Having a grill was really nice. We would definitely stay again if we go back. Made for a fun and comfortable first night in Cali. We love staying at Worldmark. It’s a great central location. The units are always clean and comfortable. We used the fireplace to get cozy after the hot tub. We will definitely come back again.

Angels camp Worldmark is clean, quiet, and had comfy beds. The Internet and TV options are lacking, but we had a great 5G signal for a hotspot. Everyone at Worldmark is friendly and kind, with great recommendations, however you'll want to be prepared for them to try and sell you their timeshare. Still a great stay, would go again.
