NIKA Loft is a stylishly furnished 70sqm attic apartment in the center of Rosenheim. In the core renovation 5 years ago, practically everything was renewed, except for the old roof construction, which gives the apartment a lot of charm and warmth. The advantages of the apartment are the quiet location with simultaneous central and railway station proximity (10 minutes walk), the spacious living room, 1 private parking + public parking in front of the door and the proximity to nature with the state garden display area.

We have a nice little 1-room apartment here for travelers who like to spend a little break in nature. The apartment is about 15 square meters and has everything you need for a relaxed stay. There is a small kitchen and a spacious bed in the living room. The bathroom has a large rain shower. Nice, cosy apartment with a great view!

When you stay at this centrally located place, your family has everything you need to get close to home. City bus stop 100 m away , town square on foot 15 min, large playground and green areas , bicycle cellar, large parking , Outdoor swimming pool,indoor pool and sauna nearby, very good infrastructure ! A double bed + a large couch ( also as a sleeping option )
