In an exceptional neighborhood, Jardin Dior, beach flat Gousset, val es Fleur, stay in this newly renovated accommodation (2024) with taste, quality materials, and optimal comfort (Emma 160 mattress, new kitchen, Italian shower...). Here everything is on foot: theater, cinema, beach, restaurants, shopping...My husband is an artisan, so it's a rental without unpleasant surprises, everything works, impeccable finishes and where we have a good time! professionalism guaranteed!

South facing apartment in the city center facing the fishing port of Granville, exceptional view, on the 2nd floor without elevator. Very clear, this apartment has 4 windows on the harbour which gives an impression of a living painting from anywhere. The large central room is separable by sliding door which allows to create a night space in addition to the bedroom independent of the kitchen/dining room. We have completely renovated this apartment.

No car needed, everything is within walking distance:Shops, beach, museums etc... When you arrive, you will have 30 minutes of free parking in front of the apartment then you can park for free 200 m in a large parking lot. Shops within a radius of 100 m. Laundromat at 100 m .

Two steps from the beach, this renovated -2022- well-equipped accommodation offers exceptional views of the Chausey Islands. A few minutes from all shops, it has a beautiful terrace with a large gas barbecue. The American kitchen has all the household appliances (induction hob, American fridge, dishwasher, etc.) Both bedrooms are equipped with two electric king size beds with excellent bedding. Large TV with fiber, Wifi and Netflix.
