Located in the heart of Châteaudun, a historic town, this country-style retreat, with a warm and intimate atmosphere, with all the contemporary comforts is there to welcome you. The ground floor has a large living area with entrance, living room, dining room and kitchen opening onto a wooded courtyard not overlooked. 2 bedrooms and the bathroom are upstairs.
