Near Loonse and Drunense dunes and Efteling. Nice hiking and biking area. A short distance from den Bosch, Tilburg and Breda. The upper floor of a 1950s worker's house with private entrance, bedroom with sitting area, TV and double or twin beds, bathroom with shower, toilet, sink and hairdryer, breakfast room with fridge, microwave and free coffee/tea. We stayed at Caroline's place for a weekend away with friends. The house is absolutely beautiful: fantastic kitchen, large living room, great beds and showers. The heated pool was lovely on Sunday morning, after an evening out in Breda (just 15 min away by car).

The place is fantastic . Location is fantastic. Beds are fantastic. Communication was fantastic. Breda was fantastic. Parking close by . Lots of restaurants and bars in walking distance. This condo is on second floor.

Great house. All you need and even more. Huge garden with a box with owl in it. (I hope we can see it next time as it was laying eggs now :). Recomemded and perfect for small children. Safe. Nice and clean. Hosts are great. Very warm welcome. Proactive. I would definitely recommend for short and long stay. Ruud helped us a lots of various things. Very communicative and responding very quickly.

We had a nice short vacation with our dog and cat in Gwen's cottage. Great location to visit Efteling. It all looked like the photos. Everything is tastefully decorated, but not cluttered. The kitchen is a bit outdated, but fits the style of the house. All the necessary equipment is available, we still had to buy a few basics like oil and baking paper. The oven is a bit temperamental, but it's enough to bake rolls or pizza if you have a little patience. 😉 The disadvantage for me was that you can't ventilate downstairs (except by opening the front door). The upper floor is beautifully renovated and bright. The large bedroom even has air conditioning. You can see the age of the bathroom in one place or another (shower wall, silicone joints), but everything was cleaned as best as possible. You have to be careful with the steep stairs. Check-in and check-out was very straightforward and flexible thanks to the key box. Gwen was always available and friendly.

Dymphna is a truly empathic and responsive host. I was very happy with the accomodations and can recommend it to anyone who's looking for a quiet and private space to come home to.

Simply amazing place! Surrounded by nature and also having horses near the house. We gonna miss a lot the friendly dog ! Nicole by the way is a very kind host that always was ready to help with any question. The place is very nice , quiet and well maintained.
