No problem - Sauna and gym access are included! Subway & bus station are 20m away - 10 mins to city centre and 15 mins to the airport. Top ausgestattete, brandneue 50m2 Wohnung in ruhiger aber zentraler Lage. Das Highlight ist das Pool auf dem Dach im 31. Stock mit Blick über ganz Wien. Die Wohnung ist neuwertig und modern möbliert und mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt: Nespresso Maschine, Küche mit allen Geräten, großer Smart TV, schnelles WLAN, Waschmaschine etc. In nur 7 Minuten erreicht man man die Wiener Innenstadt. Die Lage ist optimal für einen Städtetrip. Die nächste Haltestelle ist nur 50 meter entfernt.

Bunker Studio

Exceptional Souterrain Studio which witnesses history. Cool without air-condition! The brick building was built in 1906 for the KrauseCo company. The company built vehicles for a century and moved out in 2005. In World-war 2, a Bunker was installed which is in it's original state today. Kitchen and Furniture where chosen to fit to not to long gone times . 5 minutes to the river - Danube 2,2km to the giant ferris wheel (Prater) 16 minutes to Schwedenplatz by U1 (1st district).

From the infinity pool on the 31st floor you can enjoy the view over the city. The pool is closed from October to April.
