I had a truly wonderful stay! The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit. The host was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and made sure every detail was perfect. l couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended!

I went to Lower Austria with friends to spend a nice weekend in nature. Luckily, I found Tim's place because it was just wonderful. Especially the pond was perfect for swimming, we made a campfire in the large garden and used the pleasant interior. Everything was extremely clean, tidy and also ideally equipped. The house is in an extremely pleasant location: both right next to the hiking trails and easily accessible by car. There was room for this in front of the entrance. The beds were very comfortable and also the rooms are very well structured. The large garden is as fantastic as the kitchen and the living room with fireplace. Tim was also open to all our questions and gave us lots of helpful information and tips. Thank you and we will come back very gladly!

We stayed 3 nights in Anna's beautiful villa and felt very comfortable. We were received very nicely by her husband and everything was explained and shown to us exactly. The house and the garden are as in the photos. The house is well equipped. The surroundings are very quiet and in the garden it is always a little cooler than "outside", which was very pleasant in the temperatures. The lake is less than 10 minutes away, and supermarkets and restaurants are also within walking distance! Communication with Anna was great and she was always available. We would come back in a heartbeat! Thank you for the wonderful relaxing stay!

Arrived as strangers, left as friends

We had a very nice time in Nicole and Andreas' loft. The heated pool was the highlight for us and was used extensively. You can really do a lot in the area. The proximity to Vienna is great. Nicole's tips were very helpful. Thank you!

The place was perfect for my wife and I along with our son and even our dog! While we live in Vienna, it provided a well-needed getaway with a pool and amazing backyard with amazing space. One of my favorite places!

A wonderful place for - especially for short parties: Super fast and uncomplicated contact, one hour after booking I was able to check in, everything was explained in person - I got 2 more blankets 😊 - The sauna was the highlight on the cold evening. And even though I was actually late for breakfast, I got another espresso. Absolutely recommended and VERY HAPPY TO COME BACK! Thank you!

We had a very good time in Ivana's house. The four bedrooms are well equipped. Upstairs, two bedrooms share a terrace. The two lower bedrooms have direct access to the terrace. The pool and hot tub were great and we were able to use both. The kitchen is very well equipped and Ivana had prepared snacks and coffee for us. Unfortunately, there was no grill, but a fireplace that could be grilled, which we used. The house is in a quiet residential area, so not a place for loud parties. We felt very comfortable and had a great place to explore the area and enjoy our short break.

Quiet, cozy, small garden house with a piano, a guitar and an oud and overall good amenities (dishwasher, hotplate, TV, Wi-Fi, etc.)! Strombad Kritzendorf is within walking distance, and Museum Gugging can be reached via a beautiful walking/hiking route. Very dear host who responds quickly and helpfully. When arriving, note that there are two instances of the same street name in the area. So, it's best to enter the address with the correct zip code in the navigation system. :)

Great place to stay, nice to have access to the pool to cool off on a hot day since so many places in Vienna don't seem to have air conditioning. Cornelia is lovely to interact with.

We had a wonderful stay at Dajana’s property. The house was clean, spacious, and well-equipped, making it perfect for our family. Dajana and her husband was an excellent host—kind, responsive, and accommodating. The location was convenient for exploring Vienna, and we felt truly at home during our stay. Highly recommend staying here, and we would love to come back in the future!

This is one of the very best areas of Vienna: quiet, very safe, and well connected to public transportation. This particular property is surrounded by so much green that it almost feels rural, but there are several tram and bus lines less than a 5-minute walk away. The building is modern, and all the appliances and fixtures are high quality. Everything was perfectly clean and tidy. The host family was very friendly, and Kati was very responsive whenever we had any questions.

Location was lovely with a private yard and easy walking access to groceries, restaurants and transportation to see all of Vienna. Spacious accomodation with excellent furnishings providing lots of cupboard space and comfortable seating. Host provided excellent information on transportation systems and sights to take in.

Frederike is a very friendly, accommodating host and we felt very comfortable with her right away. Everything was well prepared for us and if we needed anything, she was always available. We were 4t, with two small children and 3 weeks in their beautiful house, I was in Klosterneuburg professionally and it was the best decision for our family. Great recommendation and happy to come back, thank you!

Very nice host, great stay!

We enjoyed our stay at Gertrude's. The garden was the highlight for our children to play and also for us parents to spend time together. The surroundings are extremely quiet and you can also walk right out of the garden to a small stream. If you are a good walker or plan to take the bus in the immediate vicinity, you can quickly reach the U-Bahn, with which you can reach the center of Vienna in 10 minutes. Gertrude lives in the other part of the house. That was very convenient and nice and didn't bother us at all. We had a very good time there.
