A Desert Hideaway with breathtaking sunsets

Quiet Desert Getaway with beautiful mountain and desert views. Less than 10 miles from prime shopping, restaurants, and a state park. Family friendly. There is about 1/4 mile of dirt road to arrive at this rural location. It has gotten a little bumpy since flash flooding in August 2021 but is safe for any vehicle to drive on. The attached studio apartment is fully furnished with a well stocked kitchen.

A very pretty, tidy, open, and nicely decorated home. Heidy had games for us set out. Beds were Amazing!! Loved the complimentary bath items. Even a razor!!! A lot of little extras made a sweet touch. This place has the morning sun and very cool at night. Air conditioner was bomb!! Had a coffee pot/kuerig combo which was great for us. Quiet neighborhood, I felt very safe. Another poster mentioned neighbor dogs. In 2 weeks we saw 2 dogs 3 times. Once we started up the stairs the dogs stopped barking. Last day doggo just wagged the tail at us. For our stay it wasn't noticeable or an issue. We had a tiny issue the first day with the lock, but once that was figured out the rest of the stay was peacefully uneventful!!! Defined put Heidy on my list to stay with.

The location was centrally located for the events we attended. The stay was comfortable and met our needs. It was nice to have coffee and granola snacks in the morning. We had a packed weekend schedule, so we didn’t spend a lot of time inside. The rooms were clean. The bathroom shower had great pressure which was greatly appreciated. Our host was responsive and accommodating. We would definitely stay again.
