Great place to stay. Very clean, organized home converted into a boutique hotel/airbnb. Easy instructions. Nice area of santo domingo. I would absolutely stay here again, strongly recommended.

We enjoyed our stay at this house! The house is beautiful and so are the rooms, A/C everywhere and the pool was clean and nice! Pretty close to everything in Santiago (driving), and the rooms are spacious and nice. I would return with a large group!

Fantastic spot for a private get together. The view is breathtaking. The facility is layout perfect to share, yet space for one to get away. Service staff was very professional and accommodating. Well worth it. My whole group was impressed.

We had a lot of fun, the house is very big and has a lot of amenities, everything is just like in the pictures. We didnt have the cooking/cleaning staff available to us and with such a large house it wouldve been very helpful, but we do understand that it is a big national holiday. Keisy(the man who takes care of things around the house) was amazing, he was always there available for anything we needed, whether it was a question about the house or a quick run to the market to buy supplies. The only complaint we had was that the wooden roof seems to have a filtration issue, it didnt happen at first but after a few hours of rain it started dripping, it was fine in the concrete areas so i would guess that the wooden roof got saturated with water.

Excelente lugar para familias grandes, el complejo es super tranquilo y la playa el anclon muy tranquila y prácticamente privada. La casa está completa y super espaciosa, sin duda mi familia y yo volveremos.

This is my second times booking with Charles. First time was guys trip. This time was business. I contacted Charles because I remembered the back up power and great wifi. I was able to work and play and little on this trip. With no worries. Staff was great. The chef Yolanda was on point. Now if you want to be in the center of town. This is not your villa. But if you need to work and relax. This is right up my our alley. I will return again. When in the area.

My family and I enjoyed the beautiful house and the private pool very much. The house looks exactly like the photos. I highly recommend booking this Airbnb you won't be disappointed. The host and the staff were extremely friendly, helpful and attentive to our needs. I'm looking forward to booking this Airbnb again in the future.

Great stay! I would stay here again next time I’m in the city. The hosts are very responsive. The air bnb was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. I loved that they had coffee!

Estuve alojado en el apartamento y la verdad me encantó es súper lindo tal cual como se ve en las fotos es muy cómodo, me sentí como en casa la verdad que les súper recomiendo el lugar y Keisy siempre estuvo muy al pendiente de todos y cada unos de los detalles necesarios para pasar una buena estadía.

excelente ubicacion frente al la bahía y puente del malecon de samana, un amanecer y unos anocheceres espectaculares, rodeado de restaurantes y lugares nocturnos, tremenda anfitriona y lugar nuevo y bien comodo impecable

I am thoroughly pleased with my stay at Michael. I’ve already recommended 7 of my close colleagues his property. I truly appreciate how he was so accommodating when I needed response to things. The community of people I met In the area was comforting. I would most definitely book again. The island is beautiful, the property is in a perfect location. Heads up you will pay an about 100$ plus usd dollars in electricity fee if you’re staying for a month, so do keep that in mind!

Our stay was abbreviated due to our lack of tolerance for the area due to being approached outside of the security gate by aggressive street hustlers non-stop. This is no fault of the property or our host, but just not for us. Our host offered every accommodation possible and went above and beyond with assisting in transportation and food delivery options.

Es un lugar muy tranquilo, con ambiente cálido, familiar, te sientes como en casa. La comida que prepara Felicia es muy deliciosa, conoces la gastronomía típica del país, con un toque italiano, los anfitriones son muy atentos y serviciales. Tiene una excelente vista al mar. El alojamiento de Samuel literalmente es un oasis en medio del Desierto. En las Dunas de Bani, en medio del desierto y un mar bravo, se encuentra este oasis lleno de frescura, vegetación, buena gente, buena vibra y excelente alojamiento. Amplio, cómodo, limpio, climatizado. Perfecto para parejas o pequeñas familias. Súper recomendado a cualquiera que ande en las zonas de Salinas, Dunas, Palmar de Ocoa, Peravia. Manos arriba para Samuel quien me Recibió personalmente y a su amable equipo.

Fue la elección perfecta para desconectar de la ciudad, con una vista preciosa y muy buena atención por parte de los trabajadores. La comida del lugar estaba muy rica y el espacio para dos personas fue eficiente y acogedor. Las noches fueron mágicas al rededor de la fogata y el sonido de los árboles y los animales.

Don't hesitate.... this place IS as good as it sounds. This little resort has about 7 rooms, with most open to nature . At first it seemed weird, sleeping in a room missing a wall. But that openness allows for you to be drawn in to the wilderness. Dont worry about bugs or creatures in the night.... all of them are comfortable where they are. We were treated to a morning rainstorm that highlighted the oneness that you experience when you are so close to nature Make sure you stay for dinner and save a day to just relax in the forest.... it's worth it.

We had a great stay here, the location was perfect, in a beautiful historical building close to town but very quiet. The hosts were the nicest, and most welcoming people that I have ever met on AirBnB. They made freshly cooked breakfast every morning and were very helpful with telling us things to do, about the city, and they even drove us to the bus station the last day and packed us food to go.

the place is clean and the host is very nice they offer good breakfast home made we will visit soon again

La villa de Gérard est magnifique , très agréable , les piscines sont super , très propre , l accès à la plage sur place , tout etais parfait pour un week end en famille !
