Casa Melba is your home away from home! Ana and Charles were the perfect hosts at this gorgeous B&B tucked away in the most peaceful surroundings. The house was immaculate and had everything you could ask for including a delicious breakfast. Ana and Charles are like my family, very welcoming and very accommodating since I was traveling alone and didn’t know the area very well. They gave me a personal tour of the surrounding areas and must see sights. If you love being in nature and waking up to serenity this is the place for you! I felt like I was right at home and will definitely return and recommend this place to my friends!

Samuel's accommodation is literally an oasis in the middle of the desert. In the Bani Dunes, in the middle of the desert and a rough sea, there is this oasis full of freshness, vegetation, good people, good vibes and excellent accommodation. Spacious, comfortable, clean, air-conditioned. Perfect for couples or small families Highly recommended for anyone in the areas of Salinas, Dunas, Palmar de Ocoa, Peravia. Hands up for Samuel who He received us personally, along with his friendly team.

My husband & I stayed in hut#3 which is literally on the beach! The king bed is very comfy & the coffee provided, delish! Hut #1 is smaller but the view is full on ocean & has a jacuzzi which they allowed us to use when it was vacant. When the free chaffeur driven golf cart was being charged, we were picked up in a Mercedes or a really cool 4-wheel drive jeep. Making breakfast in the cabin each morning with the provisions provided was easy. They replenished eggs, bread, & oj during our 5 nite stay. Eugenio & Pablo & Dulce were all wonderful & the round-trip transfers to & from airport are highly recommended! Always felt safe & secure, even on the beach at night. We never encountered anyone trying to sell us something & had delicious food & drinks at wonderful restaurants nearby like Beach Coco Mar (on the beach) & Florecita. Thank you Jose & Team!

Massimo and Luce are great hosts the place is so peaceful in a beautiful neighborhood far from the noise but at ten min walk to all the restaurants and beaches of Sosua . Massimo and Luce gave us great recommendations of what to do they even organize the best excursions upon request the view of our terrace is amazing I highly recommend their place . Thank you ))

Very nice and beautiful "boutique" hotel. Perfecty located, very close to El Conde - the main street in Zone Colonial. The hotel is very beautiful, historic, elegant, quiet, clean and comfortable. Management & staff are very helpful and friendly. Love the pool and rooftop terras with jacuzzi. My 3 night stay was just perfect. Highly recommended!

Great place to stay at.

It was the perfect choice to disconnect from the city, with a beautiful view and very good service from the workers. The food in the place was very rich and the space for two people was efficient and inviting. The nights were magical around the campfire and the sound of the trees and animals.

The service provided by Marvin and the others was exceptional. We would definitely stay with them again. The views, the tranquility and the peace inside the hotel were wonderful.

Les jardins de la Loma is a fabulous place to relax and enjoy the calm and hospitality of a charming family. And what a view of the bay! A few minutes from El Catey Airport, it's a perfect stopover to recover from an arrival flight or prepare for a departure from the Samaná peninsula. It is a very quiet place, with a warm, family atmosphere, you feel right at home. The food that Felicia prepares is very delicious, you get to know the typical cuisine of the country, with an Italian touch, the hosts are very attentive and helpful. It has excellent ocean views. And we hope to return. To say hello again to our friend Seda, 🐶 the guardian of the place, super friendly

Great place, great location, and great services

We absolutely fell in love with the owners and the staff!!! it was a little far to. And not a lot of great places to do yoga that were comfortable. But everything else was absolutely perfect. They go above and beyond. Highly recommend totally worth the price.

This was not my first stay at Ron’s place—and it definitely won’t be the last! Ron is incredibly kind, accommodating, and always available if you need anything. From the moment you arrive, you feel right at home, even though it’s a private room. The space is comfortable, welcoming, and has everything you need for a relaxing stay. One of my favorite parts is the balcony facing the beach—perfect for morning coffee or winding down in the evening. The private beachfront is a dream, and there are some great restaurants just a short walk away. If you prefer a pool day, the complex has a beautiful private pool that’s just as inviting. And of course, I can’t forget Paradise—Ron’s adorable little dog who’s truly the sweetest hostess. She adds such a warm, friendly vibe to the whole experience. Highly recommend staying here. The place is at the heart of Zona Colonial and it's great: the rooms are beautiful and clean, the bathrooms are comfortable and modern, the monuments and museums are close, the restaurants and shops as well. The staff was very kind and always trying to make us feel like home; from the front desk to the breakfast ladies, they were super sweet and kind! Everything is as described and like the pictures, totally worth it :) If you want to taste a bit of Santo Domingo, the mix of fancy and normal people, the colonial heritage, and have a good place to rest, this is your place. I recommend Studio27 not only for the facilities but also for the people, and I would love to come back soon!
