a nice large room with large bathroom and very good kitchen equipment. Unbeatable for the price. Unfortunately, I was unable to communicate with the mother on site, as she only speaks Czech. But everything is very friendly.

We come back repeatedly, so great as always.

The stay at this beautiful cottage in Šumava was great! The place was clean, cozy, and fully as described. The surrounding nature is beautiful and perfect for relaxing or excursions. The owner was very responsive and communicating with her was seamless. We definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet place in the middle of nature.

Jiri was always very helpful when we had questions, he immediately answered and helped us. We were able to check in earlier and he also gave us the freedom to choose when we wanted to check out. We were completely satisfied, a very nice house with a great garden for the dogs and right on the lake. This was not our last visit! :)

The house matched the description and photos. We had 2 dogs with us, so we really appreciated the children's gate between the hallway and the living room, as well as the fenced garden, where it was also possible to park. The host responded quickly and was very helpful and kind. Definitely recommend :)

This place was absolutely great. The house is very clean, cozy and you can see that the host really loves it and takes care of it carefully. Located on the edge of the forest, providing a beautiful and peaceful environment for relaxation. From the other side, there is a quiet and quite upscale neighborhood, just confirming that the neighborhood is safe and perfect for both family and pet stay. If you're looking for a place to relax in peace and comfort, this is a great choice.

I highly recommend. Beautiful accommodation, cozy, clean, like from a magazine. :) We didn't want to go home at all, and everyone slept very well. I really recommend it and would love to come back again. :)

Everything was as described. Rooms were spacious and the common room was brilliant. What would need an update are the outdoor seating. 😅

The accommodation was very clean, lovingly decorated and offered everything you need for a relaxing stay. I especially enjoyed the tranquility and the beautiful surroundings.

We had a great stay and everything went well. The old house was great and so cozy with the fireplace. It also has a huge (fenced) garden. Especially our dogs loved it. The little village is very quiet and the surrounding nature beautiful and great for taking a walk. The only thing is, that there could be more than one bathroom for 8 people. All in all we loved it and would definitely visit again someday.

We had the most wonderful time at Vaseks' house. It felt like a little oasis with everything you could need and want. The garden is huge, the view is beautiful and there is everything and more to not worry about anything and take a little break from life. Everything was very clean and there was a lot of room to put our things, like bathroom closets, empty fridge, etc. We didn‘t bring any kids, but it is a kids paradise: a trampoline, games and toys, swings, and so much more, they will not get bored. Communication with Vasek was very easy (not too much, not too little). He gave great recommendations on what to do in the area (walks, hikes , swimming in the river, old castles and shops in town) and helped when we needed it. The atmosphere of the house felt more like staying with family or friends (without actually seeing them) than an airbnb. Highly recommended to anyone!

We had a lovely time in the house. It is all present and very clean.  Hot tub, sauna, table tennis, billiards, darts, etc are ideal for a great stay. They are friendly landlords who respond to the wishes of the guests. To plan the room occupancy, it may be said that 2 rooms are through rooms (you have to go through a bedroom to get to the next bedroom), which was no problem for us. We will be happy to come back!

Exactly as described and shown in the pictures. Perfect house with everything up to 14 people need. The amenities are above average. The layout of the rooms was perfect for us. Absolutely clean and you immediately feel comfortable. Fantastic garden, beautiful surroundings, pure nature. Super friendly host who responds quickly. Contactless check-in without any problems. Shopping can be reached in about 15 minutes. We'll be back for sure and have already booked for next year! Thanks Michal!

Lovely place, very welcoming host. We enjoyed our stay very much.

We spent the Easter weekend here with the grandparents. Since we did not leave the accommodation, I cannot say anything about the surroundings. But the place was great. Plenty of space. Personal tour to Robert's animals. Large grill. And especially noteworthy are the bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. This makes getting up and going to bed very relaxed.

We loved the place. Super equipped. We especially liked the barrel and sauna. A big advantage is the guesthouse, which is right next to the yurt, where there is the possibility of refreshments. A little behind the yurt there is a road, from which you can hear cars here and there, but otherwise you have a concert of frogs and birds from the pond throughout your stay.😁 The owner was welcoming and helpful. Thank you and we will be happy to come back.😊👍🏾

We were extremely satisfied with the stay! Everything was clean and very cozy, there were many activities for children and one really felt like visiting someone they knew. In addition, the owner was very easy to communicate with and I could turn to her at any time. I don't think this is the last time we'll be here. Thank you!

It was a great four days full of peace , sun and rest. The decor is so nice and cozy, my place in the hanging swing priceless. The beds are super comfortable, Simon is reachable. Thanks for the good excursion tips. The delicious bread specially baked for us. ❤️I will be very happy to come back with my girls next time. 10/10

The place completely exceeded our expectations🫶🏻 Inside cozy, clean, beautifully tuned interior to the last detail. Large garden, peace, nature👍🏼 The stay went smoothly. We were extremely satisfied and would love to come back. 😊

We were guests as two couples for a weekend in summer and felt completely comfortable. The place is very clean, nicely decorated and is located in a quiet, relaxed environment – ideal for switching off. It was also particularly pleasant that we could charge our electric car on site. Mira is a super host: warm, attentive and always helpful with questions. We even got fresh eggs from their chicken coop for breakfast! :) I'm sure we'll be back!

The stay at the cottage was absolutely great, which met our expectations, there was absolutely nothing to complain about, inside beautiful, comfortable, clean and outside around the cottage privacy, barbecue, nicely landscaped garden with a great view. Our only mistake was that we didn't book the stay for more days🙂. And finally, great, kind and fast communication with the owner, which we undoubtedly thank... We highly recommend this place 👌👍
