This apartment is truly outstanding-spotlessly clean, bright, spacious, and comfortable. The terrace is the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee, and the apartment comes equipped with everything you might need for a pleasant stay. Guests also have access to a heated communal pool, ideal for relaxing. The property is situated outside the city center, only a few minutes away by car, within a secure gated community that offers 24-hour security. The host was welcoming and always easy to communicate with, making the entire experience enjoyable.

My first time In San Miguel de Allende was made even better with this beautiful home. I was traveling alone... but enjoyed having so much room. Beautiful courtyard sitting area, bright colorful kitchen, dining and sitting room... with all the comforts of home. There were breakfast treats waiting for me. Charming bedroom, bathroom... and even a full laundry room. Excellent wifi and tv service... although I stayed so busy in town (a short walk away) it wasn't much needed. The view from the rooftop patio is breathtaking. I drank my coffee up there several mornings... watching the hummingbirds buzz around. The hosts were so responsive and helpful. Can't wait to get back soon. Thank you Brigham and Lynn.

Buen apartamento. Suele haber parking en la puerta. El anfitrión responde rápido y es muy complaciente. Lo único que no me gusta es que los dormitorios no tienen ventana a la calle o patio. Solo la cocina comedor.

We stayed for a month in this apartment and felt that it was perfect for us. The location is ideal for access to everything. There are a lot of stairs to the unit so a person with mobility issues might prefer a unit on the lower level. We cooked every day and had all of the needed items. The blender was a definite perk! And the view from the rooftop is spectacular. Highly recommend this accommodation!

Stacey’s place is beautiful, convenient, and well-appointed. It had tons of space, was close to the town center if we wanted to go out to eat, and close to the mercado and a cute little neighborhood grocery if we wanted to cook. There are lovely outdoor spaces upstairs and downstairs for lounging; everyone in our party of six was very comfortable and happy in the space. Stacey herself was extremely accommodating and helpful both before and during our stay. Highly recommend!

El lugar de Daniela es muy bonito, se encuentra en un fraccionamiento seguro con todas las comodidades, muy cerca del centro, pero alejado lo suficiente del bullicio, el departamento super lindo, se siente como llegar a casa de un buen amigo que pensó en todos los detalles para que pases días de descansos sin que te falte algo. La atención de Daniela para que tu estancia sea cómoda y su amabilidad se destacan. Definitivamente regresaré :)

Our stay here was wonderful. The host was very responsive and helpful. The unit was perfect for a couple. The location was very nice and a short walk to the Centro and all the attractions of SMA. We would definitely stay here again.

La casa es muy amplia, precio muy accesible para lo que ofrece en cuanto espacio y amenidades. Tal cual y como se muestra en las fotografías si visitas esta casa pasaras un rato muy agradable en familia.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and felt completely at home. The house was beautiful and offered stunning views of San Miguel de Allende. Lynn was extremely responsive and ensured we were well taken care of throughout our visit.

Beautiful, spacious with high ceilings + multiple places to gather within larger space; as much fresh air as you might want, or not. Rooftop patio has options for both shade and sun. View is terrific. Garden is lush. Big kitchen, fully equipped. Fresh flowers on dining room table. Beds are on firm side even with foam toppers. Close to plenty of restaurants, park, cultural options (we heard chamber work at nearby church; Luna Media at nearby restaurant; literary presentation at nearby hotel etc) Listen to Rosie: bring your comfortable shoes for walking. Getting home is uphill but it's definitely doable (healthy 60-somethings.) Yes - barking dogs in the neighborhood. It's SMA. Host provides white noise machine or bring your own! Two aspects we love the most: ground floor layout reminiscent of hacienda - rooms wrap around 3 sides of a courtyard. With the sliding roof, you can bring the outside into the courtyard. And most of all - we love Rosie and her team. Exceptional and gracious.

Everything about Casa Eulali is awesome!My family went for a week at the end of April. The house manager coordinated with my mother on several matters from airport transport to dinner recommendations in the weeks prior to our trip and everything went very smoothly. The housekeeper that comes is excellent as well. The house is very spacious, beautifully furnished but comfortable and welcoming and very well appointed! We did not want for anything. The walk to the main square was easy, and we did it several times a day. The house is very quiet in general all day and night…but no house can escape the Mexican fireworks and celebrations that randomly occurred a couple of mornings while there lol. We didn’t want to leave it was such a great trip and largely because of Casa Eulali! Thank you, Jennifer for providing such an incredible accommodation! If I ever go back to San Miguel, I will definitely stay here again and will recommend it to many as well. All the best!

We stayed here last year and returned again this year. The house is very comfortable. Marta(housekeeper) is a gem and does a great job. Vani greats you at check in and is an excellent communicator. The house sits high above San Miguel and the covered terrace is expansive, cool and relaxing. Inside, the kitchen is well equipped for the chef and the living room is comfortable. The house is quiet away from the sounds of traffic, barking dogs & fireworks. Just outside the house are the steps that lead you to town. The bottom of the steps is a large park (Juarez) and the centro is just a short walk. We explored the city in the day and returned in a taxi(80 pesos) to the house in the evening where we enjoyed a good nights sleep. We stayed in May, the hottest month in San Miguel. The house is well ventilated, screen doors, windows & fans circulated the air and we were never hot. This is an excellent house and the owner truly cares for the comfort of their guest. Many thanks!

Our group thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We used the pool just about every day. If you're looking for a quiet area of town, this is not it. The church bells start early! Explosive fireworks (assuming it's a Holy Week tradition, and not always present) were loud and even startling at times, but didn't go past 10 PM. If you're looking for a walkable area and a home that feels both historic and cozy, this is the perfect choice. Good restaurants were within walking distance, like Mestiza and Cafe Rama. El Manantial was perfect for tacos and margaritas! Loved the park and the plaza for local culture and the diverse bird population. We enjoyed Isabel's tortilla soup, but mostly ate out. I loved my mornings in the library. Loved City Market and wish we'd gone earlier in the week to stock up on more items for the week. If you are lucky enough to stay here, enjoy! SMA is a beautiful place, and it's the ideal spot from which to enjoy the lively city.

The view is absolutely amazing. The location is very quiet and very safe with a good security staff. Absolutely no steps or stairs, which was great.

Es un lugar muy agradable, muy cómodo con un estilo industrial. La ubicación es excelente para salir a caminar, pero bajar las maletas es bastante complejo porque la calle es muy angosta y casi nunca hay estacionamiento disponible, por lo que se debe caminar con el equipaje las 3 cuadras desde el estacionamiento. Enviaron instrucciones muy claras y precisas. El alojamiento estaba muuuuy bien equipado, y estamos agradecidos por eso: sal, azúcar, sustituto de azúcar, aceite de oliva, pimienta,... En el día es super agradable, está sobre un mercadito. Por la noche la zona me pareció un poco oscura y solitaria, pero si se viene en grupo no hay problema

Excelente casa tal cual aparece en la descripción. Alberto y Luis en todo momento contestan estan super atentos y la casa esta limpia, bonita y en una linda zona. Todo excelente sin duda regresaremos.

This property was everything that was advertised and more! The location can't be beat, it's so close to the main square, but since it's in the back of the compound it is wonderfully private and quiet. It's a wonderful combo of modern comfort and old school style with the architectural details. The ceilings! The windows! The bed is extremely comfortable and I was able to find everything I needed (iron, hair dryer, well stocked kitchen supplies, etc.). I highly recommend this property and will be back!

El departamento de Guadalupe es más lindo que en las fotografías. Cuenta con todo lo necesario para una estancia confortable, incluido un patio maravilloso para disfrutar el clima de San Miguel. La cocina está muy bien equipada, por si deseas cocinar. Guadalupe, como siempre, estuvo atenta a nuestras necesidades. La zona es linda y hay supermercados cercanos. El centro está a menos de 10 minutos en automóvil.

Yulia's place is modern clean and exceptionally taken care of by Carmen her house manager. As good or better than pictures. Very walkable to the plaza or park or City Market. 2 dollar ride to most places in city , abot 5 to farthest place you would go . Very clean and safe city lots to do. Is in a private enclave of 8 units very safe. Yulia is easy to reach. Enjoy
