This is one of those Air BnBs that' stand out as it is truly like staying in your own home away from home. You can see this family put their heart into this place. they bring back to life what "hospitality" means. My stay was comfortable, homely, safe, and peaceful. I had everything I could need and much more. For other digi nomads, the Internet worked perfectly, i was able to have zoom calls and I never had an issue. I would stay here again in a heart beat! the cleaning lady also did a wonderful job, and was always smiley! Thank you for giving those of us without a home in the world, a place to really land and feel welcomed!

Casa Maja was a beautiful space for our SMA base of two weeks. It was ideally located in the historic center and was not on a hilly street. The 1BR, 1BA unit we had was located on the street side so there is traffic noise but it’s quiet overnight. We liked the daily sounds and sights of life below us (it’s on the 2nd level). Very clean, quality linens and towels, garrafon water, and beautiful art adorns every wall and horizontal surface. The terrace above us for our use was huge and gave us views of amazing sunsets and lots of well-cared-for tropical and succulent plants. We really enjoyed the daily visits of violet-crowned and broad-billed hummingbirds at the feeders and flowers. Definitely recommend.

El lugar está muy bien ubicado, céntrico, cercano a las atracciones, todo caminable. Cerca hay lugares para hacer compras básicas y también hay unos supermercados pequeños que ayudan al abastecimiento. El lugar es para máximo 3 personas, cuenta con una muy buena cocina, tiene buena iluminación. Las instalaciones están en perfecto estado. El sector es muy tranquilo y seguro. El anfitrión responde rapidísimo ante eventualidades.

El alojamiento de Andy estuvo muy bonito, esta muy cerca del centro y del mercado de artesanías. Alrededor se encuentran algunos locales y por las noches muy cerca de ahí venden cosas muy ricas. La anfitriona fue muy amable y nos hizo algunas recomendaciones de lugares y transporte (también muy buenos por cierto). El espacio es perfecto para dos personas y la vista de la terraza es muy bonita, incluso en la noche. El lugar fue muy accesible para llegar y puedes moverte caminando sin problema por la cercanía, eso si, para ingresar al departamento como tal son muchas escaleras por lo que tienes que tomarlo en cuenta, cuenta con todas las cosas que describe, cocina, plancha, baño independiente, etc. Si regresamos algún día a SMA seguramente consideraremos volver a hospedarnos aquí. Muchas gracias por todo!! Excelente lugar 🤍

El espacio de Adri estaba impecable: muy limpio, ordenado y con todo prácticamente nuevo. Es un lugar sumamente acogedor, me sentí como en casa desde el primer momento. La decoración es preciosa y con mucho gusto, pero lo que realmente se lleva el premio son las vistas... ¡impresionantemente bellas! No tiene precio despertar rodeada de naturaleza con ese paisaje. Lo recomiendo ampliamente, sin duda volvería.

Being so close to everything, we weren't far from the restaurants, sights, events and groceries. We could go out & back at our leisure. Seven minute walk to the Parroquia and main square. Staff at the Cafe, located at the front of the casa, were friendly and helpful. Shop for a Sim card just around the corner. Close to highly rated Inside Cafe, Cafe Santa Ana, gelato outside the door. tacos just down the street, Ignacio Ramirez Market With all of the bustle of the season, bells and fireworks, it was very quiet in our unit. Wifi was very good. We appreciated the new wifi modem and microwave that our host provided.

Tiene un diseño practico y hermoso, justo lo que necesitábamos para mi y mi pareja, es un estudio bastante acogedor con terraza y un gran espacio para dos personas, definitivamente volvería a visitarlo, altamente recomendado!
