House vacation rentals in Dollar Point

The house was very nice and a short walk to the shops and restaurants. It would be a great place to stay during ski season, unfortunately the mountain closed the day we arrived. You could walk to a very nice rec center as well. It was nice to have all the streaming services on the TV. The kitchen was very well stocked which is important to us since we love to cook. Lori was very responsive to any questions.

We had the most amazing stay at this Donner Lake/Truckee gem! The house was spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable trip—plenty of towels, a well-stocked kitchen, and even ping pong and a hot tub. for the. The location is perfect—quiet and peaceful, but still close to downtown Truckee and all the outdoor adventures. We went hiking, shopping, and spent the day at West End Beach which is a 10 min drive . The hosts were super kind, and made sure we had everything we needed for a smooth stay. Highly recommend for families, people with pets (we brought our dog), or anyone looking to enjoy the beauty of the Sierra Nevadas. We can’t wait to come back!

A great, beautiful, place to stay. Grandparents, their children, and grandchildren in the area for daughter’s graduation from UNR, and we all were very comfortable in this spacious house. Beautiyarea to explore also. Thank you so much!

We had a wonderful stay at Casa del Sol. It was a peaceful neighborhood close to beautiful trails but not far from Truckee and amenities. The house was super well maintained and clean with a desk set-up so I could work and fast internet! We loved the deck and natural light pouring into the home. Thank you for a great stay!

Blue Mountain Haus offers the perfect balance of comfort and convenience. With parking right in front of the unit and a shuttle to the village just two doors down. This beautifully remodeled unit in NorthStar at Tahoe feels like home. Thoughtfully decorated, it offers a warm, inviting atmosphere. The well-appointed kitchen has everything needed for the family chef, seamlessly connecting to the dining and family rooms for quality time together. The cozy living room features ample seating, a gas fireplace, and stunning snow-capped hillside views. A quaint balcony with a bistro table is perfect for coffee, wine, or simply enjoying the scenery. Bedrooms are tastefully decorated with plush mattresses, soft linens, and fresh pillows. A stocked laundry area with new machines keeps up with outdoor adventures. Thoughtful details and communicative hosts made this our most memorable vacation rental. David is the best host! He went out of the way to make check-in super easy for us which is so helpful for arrival on a snowy night with kids in tow. He's extremely accommodating to our questions and requests, and we really really appreciate how responsive he is both before and after the trip. His place is super close to the Northstar resort and is right on the shuttle route, it really can't be more convenient than that. All in all, highly recommend David's place. Wonderful setting and home. Very central to all things in north shore/Tahoe City. We had an issue with water - the city struck a water main - and the host was very responsive in getting us info which was so appreciated. A relaxing week for sure.

Alicia’s cabin was a wonderful place to spend our Tahoe vacation. She got back to me immediately about a question during check-in and was polite and helpful. The cabin was comfortable, tidy, and homelike, with cozy bedding and calm decor. We appreciated the well-stocked kitchen, which had all the dishes and utensils we needed to make several full meals. So many things were provided to make our stay more comfortable, from beach towels to olive oil / salt / pepper in the kitchen. The neighborhood is quiet, but just minutes’ walk from downtown Tahoe City, with its beach and restaurants. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We really enjoyed our stay in Tahoe and absolutely will consider staying at the house again. The house was conveniently located to the stores, the lake and hikes and we enjoyed our time outside on the deck. The hosts were very responsive and the house had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We didn’t use the sauna but enjoyed a hot tub in the evening after active days of hiking. Some reviews mentioned that the bathroom upstairs was tiny. However, we thought it was a good size and had no issues sharing it between two rooms upstairs. Overall, we loved the house and nice thoughtful touches throughout it.

We truly felt at home the moment we arrived. Our host was incredible—warm, responsive, and always just a text away for anything we needed. He even went out of his way to recommend the best local restaurants, which made our stay even more memorable. This wasn’t just a getaway—it was the kind of stay that makes you want to come back again and again. And we absolutely will. We can’t wait to return and stay at another one of his properties… or the same one!

Great place in a great and quiet part of town. The kitchen was great and the main space with the large windows was very impressive. Never used the deck since it was full of snow, but I imagine the place is wonderful in the warmer months as well. Would come back anytime.

The house was beautiful and a perfect spot for 6 of us to decompress after a powerlifting competition in Reno. We loved the hot tub and the well outfitted kitchen. The surroundings were beautiful and it was just a quick drive down to the lake. Zhaolei was extremely communicative and and helpful throughout the entire process. We'd love to stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at Reece’s. The property was neat, clean and well equipped. The beds were very comfortable. You can’t beat the location- it’s walkable to the lake, restaurant and easy access to Tahoe city and kings beach. The property itself is in a peaceful and quiet neighbourhood. Every amenity is of a superior quality. There was enough for all 8 of us and we were grateful for the few spices and condiments we forgot to pack. Recently, hosts are not reachable and automated messages are all that guests have to work with. But Tarana replied to messages quickly and gave us great tips.

Love staying at Lisa's place! This is our second time staying here for a week during the summer. It's so great. It's very pet and kid friendly. Great location in Tahoe - close to King's Beach, Tahoe City, and the dog-friendly beach near the restaurant(s). We rent a boat while we stay here, too. This is truly an AMAZINGLY convenient location, high end house, really love it here.
