A wonderful stay and host. Elegant and spacious appartent with all the amenities, AC, Washer, Kitchen. Amazing Price. Amazing Host(s). I recommend for everyone, specially digital nomads or families wishing to spend time in beatutiful Chiang Mai. Near eveything, yet feels in middle of nature.

I unexpectedly discovered this beautiful house during the Heavenly Lights festival and just got us stunned, like a scene in the oil paintings, I spent two pleasant days here and hopefully next time there will be a chance to stay here.

This is the most comfortable home I’ve ever stayed in. I came here to focus on my work, and it was perfect. The place is calm and peaceful—just what I needed.

This little house by the river is so nice..cosy and comfortable... the surrounding is beautiful and you can only hear the sound of river flows...😁😁 I met the owner and he is a very nice man as well.. Beautiful setting, very peaceful. Peeratad was very helpful when our GPS steered us wrong and even called later to check on us.

The house was especially cozy, Eva and her husband answered us immediately any questions, And went beyond and beyond to help us. We arrived on Rosh Hashanah and the local brigade was closed, and Eva tried very hard to offer us other great solutions. Those who want to spend a lot of time in the city center is a bit far But it suited us because we wanted rest. Thank you so much Eva and Georg!!

Beautiful spot for relaxing .

Beyond peaceful home very close to Tao Garden and the best hosts I ever encountered in the last 20 years of travelling. Nick was always free to guide and help me as well as his wife Miuw. The fact that he speaks fluent Thai helped me to retrieve my lost luggage and also they organize me a transportation for the airport. They even made me taste their delicious vegan cheese called Swees. Im beyond grateful for them. I will be back for sure until then I will dream of finding a quiet place like this around the globe. Ohh I almost forgot the mattress was brand new and so comfortable already missing it. Thank you so much!

Absolutely loved my stay here. So much that I extended the trip, which Rita was very accommodating with. I travelled solo as a female and found the building and surrounding area to be a place where I felt very safe. It’s a great location with Maya mall 3min walk away (I loved Minimal coffee on 2nd floor), there’s an amazing local place open for breakfast and lunch just to the left when you exit. You’re on the doorstep to Nimman market, gyms, tonnes of places to explore! And getting to the old town is about 10min drive. Would definitely return. Thank you.

It was a very nice stay at Natty's apartment. The apartment was large, spacious and quite clean. Furthermore, you really can't complain about the price and you can also tolerate compromises very well. For example, the shower door does not close completely and then the water runs out, or the table has a few flaws. But on the whole, also in terms of the price. I am very satisfied with the few nights I was able to spend in Chiang Mai.

The condo was very comfortable to stay in. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed, including laundry detergent, which made our stay very pleasant. The room was also clean, and we were very satisfied overall.

The property looked exactly like the photos. Jessie was very friendly and polite and gave us some restaurants recommendations. Highly recommended!

It was my first time using Airbnb, and my one-month stay at Dcondo Ping was a truly pleasant experience. Everything met my expectations. The condo facilities — including the gym, swimming pool, and library — were excellent and easy to access. I especially appreciated the high level of security and the overall maintenance of the property, which gave me peace of mind throughout my stay. The location was also ideal — just a short walk to Central Festival, Chiang Mai’s largest and most vibrant shopping mall. I enjoyed spending time there and found it convenient for both shopping and entertainment. Communication with the host was always smooth, and I truly appreciated their thoughtful attention to detail and care throughout my stay. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Chiang Mai.
