Very clean & comfortable! Bed was amazing after tiring days. Overall quiet. It was very relaxing, especially in evenings. Nice fresh air flow through windows. LOVED the cats - they were so friendly & we enjoyed their company at all hours. The kitchen & shareable items were greater than expected. There was some incense-type bug repellent which was a plus. Highly recommend long layers & bug spray though - we got bit through our clothes. We loved this stay!

Really good place to spend a day or two, a bit adventurous too. The location is great and private from the hustle of the city and is quite close to some of the nearby majority attractions of Chiang Rai. And Mint was super responsive and helpful throughout the stay 😊

The place has a great view as shown on the page. It is in a remote location but there is a convenient store before getting uphill, about 10 minutes drive. There are some design issues with the room that may not be inclusive to every guest (i.e. pebble floor from bed area to bath area, steps at the entrance). The curtain cannot fully block the light from outside and some electrical devices blink at night so there could be a problem for person with sleeping difficulty. Dinner and breakfast are included in the fee but are very basic. The host is very helpful for both online inquiry and on-site.

We had a very nice stay at Van's. The room was clean, equipped with air conditioning and there was also hot water! Van was very accommodating and helpful. We were able to contact her at any time and she always responded quickly. If you like it quiet, Van is the right place for you.

We had a great stay at the cozy place! They had a portable crib all set up for us when we arrived with our baby. It was very easy to get a grab car to go anywhere we wanted. Some things are also walkable. There is a great coffee shop “Coffee energy” nearby where we enjoyed breakfast everyday.

The entrance features a modern design with wooden paneling and sleek black accents. Double doors provide access to the coffee house, and a decorative plant is positioned beside the entrance. The black tiled pathway leads to a clear, inviting outdoor area.
