Yvonne is an attentive and friendly hostess. Fast and nice communication. Slept wonderfully. Nice place to stay, actually suitable for longer stays than our long weekend. Like a private living room/kitchen. We were surprised that we were allowed to borrow electric bicycles. Perfect. Location, wonderfully quiet. Close to the center and many opportunities to visit nature. Would recommend it to our family!

We felt very comfortable in Theo and Wilma's vacation home in Roosdom. We were there with our little son. He particularly liked the morning view from the living room window of the sheep. 😀 A very idyllic place to stay. We also slept very well. It's so quiet, you just don't hear anything. The only thing that could be improved is the bathroom. The shower is not really separated, so the water unfortunately flows all over the floor. But a wiper is available. Unfortunately, we also lacked a toaster in the kitchen. But everything else is great. Unfortunately, the weather didn't quite play along. On the penultimate day, however, it got quite hot. There are some great activities in the area. You can get everywhere easily by bike. There is a children's farm with animals and playground equipment nearby and the Verwolde estate is recommended, for example. Highly recommended for those who want to have a quiet vacation in the countryside

As usual, it was a pleasure to stay at Ineke's house. The location is peaceful and easily accessible. The house is functional and beautifully decorated. There is a big garden with a private area. Ineke and her family are very friendly and responsive.

We had such a peaceful stay, the property is beautifully furnished and felt private. It’s in a great location with lots of walking routes directly from the property. We would love to visit again!

We had a wonderful midweek in the Trupial. Everything looked neat and tidy and we had a real home feeling, a good comfortable sofa to sit on and a nice separate dining area. Everything you could think of that you need during a stay was present. A wonderfully comfortable bed and a nice garden to sit in, all day long visits from various birds on the feed silos and even a squirrel that came to eat every day. The area is also very beautiful, we are very familiar with the area because we have had a chalet there for years, the bike route to the south via Boerderij Mossel to Ede and back via the more western bike path is always a nice route to do, and of course a visit to Park de Hoge Veluwe. All in all a very successful week and a good chance that we will come back to John & Marquerite.

The space is a dream. Laurence welcomed us warmly. You have a beautiful view from the terrace into the countryside and the pool. Everything is reminiscent of a cottage in Cornwall with wildflowers. The place was very clean, well equipped and furnished with attention to detail. We will definitely be back!

We had a fantastic time. Beautiful quiet and natural environment with privacy. Extremely friendly welcome. Everything super neat and clean. Worth repeating. The area is great and easy to walk and otherwise the bus towards the center. Stop is a 2-minute walk. Very welcoming and friendly owners. Everything was just great!

it's always a lovely stay here. Brittina is super friendly and easy to ask questions to. the place peaceful and relaxing. I couldn't recommend Brittina as a host more. will definitely stay again.

Cost effective, well equipped, walkable location. It's a basement so expect to bring some mosquito killer and the temperature could be cooler than outside.

The house was clean and exactly as described, the surroundings very nice. Unfortunately, it rained heavily during our vacation. Of course, no one can control the weather. We would definitely come again.

I arrived very satisfied and left the accommodation with a happy feeling. It is a perfect place to unwind, especially for people like me who are constantly in work mode. The quiet location and the opportunity to cool off in the pool in warm weather are simply great. Maarten always responded immediately when something happened – always friendly and helpful. Beautiful, central location, ideally located (within walking distance less than 1 minute) near parking, entertainment, supermarkets, and the city center. Ideal to enter the accommodation with an access code, which met the outlined expectations perfectly. Hosts are very active in communication, and thinking along. Absolutely recommended for a stay in Zwolle!

What a nice place! We really enjoyed our stay with Ans and Anton. Their B&B was the perfect base for the wedding we were going to. And how sweet: when it was pouring out of the sky, Anton even brought us the car! The next morning we were spoiled with a delicious breakfast. Everything was taken care of to the last detail. Impressive building, cozy bed, lots of beautiful ancient details. The location is great, once across the less busy road and you are in the beautiful city center. Annelies greeted us, explained the parking lot and the house. She filled the refrigerator beforehand so that we could have breakfast. We enjoyed our stay and will be happy to come back! Mandy was such an accomodating host and was very responsive to our communication. We really enjoyed our stay at her quaint abode which was promixal to everything you will need (Grocery, Bars, Restaurants, Bike Hire etc). It was fully equipped for our nearly week long stay and Mandy had really nice recommendations for places we might require. Definitely would recommend staying at Mandy’s and looking forward to staying again when I’m next in town.

We had a wonderful and relaxing time in Reckum – and that's mainly thanks to the great host! We were warmly welcomed at check-in and felt comfortable right away. Our host was consistently likeable, incredibly patient and always helpful. Whether it was tips for the area, small concerns or spontaneous questions – he always had an open ear and a solution ready. His competence and serenity really made our stay special. Thanks to him, we were able to fully enjoy our time in Reckum. We can only highly recommend the accommodation and especially the host – we will be happy to come back!

Lisette’s apartment was perfect for our needs. Everything was as described. Easy access to station, AH, and a quick walk to city centre. Definitely would stay again.

I was looking for a place for my friend where we can have a nice time and go fishing. The apartment was even nicer than in the photos and the hostess was so incredibly sweet. We couldn't have done better. An incredibly beautiful environment. Great people and everything can be reached on foot or by bike. We'd love to come back again 😍

Beautiful accommodation in a beautiful old house with a beautiful garden. We had a wonderful swim in the Rhine, slept well and were spoiled in the morning with a very well-prepared breakfast in the garden. Highly recommended!
