The design of the house and the attention to every detail was really impressive. Paintings, decoration and fully equipped kitchen, everything was thought of for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The garden offered a separate pleasure; there was an ideal environment for breakfast in the morning accompanied by the sounds of birds, and for eating your dinner in the same peace in the evenings. It is very suitable for those who want to relax with its quiet, calm and peaceful structure. In addition, Mr. Ali's warm welcome, friendly and caring approach made the stay much more special. He answered all our questions sincerely and took care of our needs. We felt like we were at home. The location is also very advantageous. It is located in a central spot in Ortakent, one of the most beautiful areas of Bodrum. You can easily reach Ortakent beach with a short drive through the tangerine gardens. Ortakent's sea is one of the most enjoyable, cleanest and beautiful seas to swim in Bodrum. Would definitely recommend.

My twin brother and I wanted the perfect place for our late summer retreat, and we chose Dimitris's Thea solution, so we could disrupt the city's hectic life. I recommend it to anyone who wants to reconnect with the true meaning of silence. Here the view of Kira Panagia leaves you breathless. The green, rocky mountains behind you make you feel protected. The noise of the water pampers you. The interiors are very well cared for and the cleanliness is excellent. Helena was delicious. She was able to move on tiptoe, and she gave us a 5-star treatment, thanks to the daily linen change and cleanliness of the property.

This was the second time staying at Ilias’s stunning villa in Nisiros. It’s the ultimate sanctuary allowing you both to benefit from all Nikia has to offer and isolate in peace. The respectful curation of the interior is an experience on its own. Definitely recommend it!

I had an exceptional stay on the island of Rhodes! The accommodation was impeccable, very clean, perfectly equipped and really comfortable. Ideal for lovers of a quiet and unique area. Access by a narrow and stony path.(Access to paradise is earned!) Very warm welcome with an excellent home-cooked meal. Too bad we had 2 days of bad weather, (jacuzzi out of service) we would have come close to absolute perfection!!

A simply sensational stay at “On The Rocks” in Symi. The accommodation is exactly as the listing describes, and is so very beautiful, peaceful and remarkable. To open the shutters onto the view of Nimborio bay, the waves gently lapping against the wall below, was a glorious start to each day. A drink on the terrace/platform as the sun went down, the water all around us, was a glorious end to each day. Being away from the bustle of Symi town, but a gentle 30 minute walk to it (we rented e-bikes - a fun 8 minute cycle!) is a real blessing. And our own sunbeds and swimming platform meant no need to travel to a beach each day. Perfect! A very proactive, helpful host. A great stay. A beautiful place.

Excellent location. Regularly cleaned. Everything we needed for a few weeks stay. Lovely large balcony with great views. A list of numbers for local services would have been useful. We didn’t need a doctor but if we had, we had no way of knowing how to contact one.
