Theo's house is delightful, original and very functional in its furnishings, with a super comfortable king size bed and everything you need to feel good: above all a terrace with a breathtaking view and a total privacy. The proximity to the airport brings more advantages than disadvantages, because it is very convenient for those arriving and departing and on the other hand the noise of the planes is not at all problematic as you might think. Theo is a very attentive and extremely kind host, ready to quickly respond to any question and to meet his guests for any need. There are beautiful beaches nearby, some of which can be reached just walking, and Pigadia with all its services is twenty minutes away, so reachable without problems even on a daily basis. We will definitely be back!

Very nice in every way: the place is magical, very quiet, the accommodation is perfect with everything you need for a pleasant stay...and Spiros is an adorable host. He welcomed us perfectly well, was very good advice and is inexhaustible about the history of the island. I recommend it 100%. Thanks Spiros!!!

Katerina’s apartment is by far the most “home-like” airbnb house I’ve ever stayed in. There was anything (and maybe more than anything 😃) you may need in a house. The house is just a few steps away from the taverns of the village. Very clean, neat and orderly.

Wonderful location with fresh lime trees, pomegranates and pears. Close enough to Hora for easy exploration without the hubbub. Historical orchard with beautiful quiet, glorious night time walks and a resident long eared owl! Beautiful stay.

The stay here was unique and unforgettable. Panagiotis and his wife are the best hosts you could wish for; they are attentive, always available, and make you feel like at home. The apartment is perfect, taken care of in every little detail, and super clean. The location of the accommodation is breathtaking, from the private terrace available to guests you can have a full view of all the islands around Iraklia, and you enjoy an incomparable silence and tranquility. In 15/20 minutes by foot, you reach the town and the most beautiful beach on the island.

It was already the second time we stayed at Maria’s cottage and it was again great! The garden that is around the accommodation is beautiful, and the view as well. The inside of the accommodation is cute and cozy. The cottage is a little hidden but Maria supported us very well at the first time we stayed there and we could find the place easily. We recommend to come by car because it’s situated on a hill a little outside of the city. You can also park there for free in front of the gate to the cottage. Around the area are restaurants and also some beaches. Kos city center is about 5/10 min away by car. There are super markets close by also very easy to reach by car. The nature around is beautiful but there are some roosters around that start „singing“ at night. My girlfriend could sleep all night without any problems but I’d say earplugs are recommended for good night sleep. (: All in all it’s a great place to stay and we love it there! Thank you Maria!

Truly a lovely place! It met our expectations and was exactly like in the description. Maria is so lovely, offered to help uns with anything we needed and even very kindly gifted us some treats and drinks at our arrival . As mentioned in the description you definitely need a car- then the location is great! Very quiet calm area, a nice view and very easy to get to beautiful beaches close by. Overall we had a lovely stay!

Our stay at this villa was lovely. The interior is very modern and clean. The pool outside is also cleaned regularly and the temperature is comfortable. The host was always available whenever we had a question and helped us a lot. He also gave us suggestions for different beaches we could visit etc. Only thing to note: there is no internet inside the house, just outside by the pool. This was not a problem for us since it gave us some time to disconnect and be with family, and the pool is right outside the rooms so it’s easy to go there if one needs internet for whatever reason, but it might be important to some, so we’re writing it in the review. We give it 5/5 stars all in all😊

We booked this place for a holiday. Everything was as it appeared in the photos. The house had most of what we might need. Thanks to Ms. Öznur, she was very interested in us . Mr. Orçun also gave full answers to all our questions before he arrived. We had a very enjoyable time. I recommend it to everyone, you should definitely come.

We had a lovely stay at Dilara's. They were very kind & helpful, and punctual in their communication too. The flat was very clean & well-stocked. The shaded garden was a delight in warmer days. The beach that belongs to their co-op is well-looked after, clean & family-friendly. Even if you don't have a car to climb up the steep roads, easy to navigate the village with taxis.

Mr. Muhsin and his wife Ms. Nihal are extremely friendly, helpful and very sweet people, they welcomed us very well. We had no problems during our stay and we were satisfied. The location and view of the house was very nice, especially watching the sunset by the pool was unique. We're so glad we got to know them.

It had an excellent view overlooking the Amos Coast. The hosts were very caring. They made the breakfast and the bread themselves, everything was organic. It's a great place to relax. Very satisfied in terms of price-performance. Transportation was quite easy with my car and I was able to get to the center of Marmaris in a short time. The owners of the place kept asking about my needs. If you want a million dollar view at an affordable price, this is the perfect place! The house had an amazing view overlooking Amos Beach. The hosts were very attentive. They prepared the breakfast and baked the bread themselves — everything was organic. It's a perfect place to relax and unwind. I was very satisfied in terms of price and performance. It was very easy to reach the place with my car, and I could get to Marmaris center in a short time. The hosts constantly checked if I needed anything. If you are looking for a million-dollar view at an affordable price, this is the perfect place!

Comfortable, private, and quiet considering how close the apartment is to the harbor. Perfect location for anyone arriving by ferry. I would definitely stay there again.

2 great, new apartments in beautiful surroundings. Barbara and Jörg live right next door and were quickly available for questions and valuable tips. Apartment is well thought out with seating in the west and east so we could have both breakfast and dinner on the balcony. Good location for a trip. Chatted with a local beekeeper nearby and bought honey. It is also close to the sea, what could be better than going for a walk in the morning, having breakfast in the sea and then having breakfast with a view of olive trees? Hope to see you again, when the garden design is completed it will certainly be a little paradise.

Vita and Hakan are very friendly, understanding and smiling people. It was nice meeting them. The house was clean and tidy, both inside and outside were very pleasant. It was obvious that they thought about the comfort of the guests and designed accordingly. Fresh air, birds chirping and our stay with our little friends exceeded our expectations. We look forward to the day we will stay again. :)

Had a fantastic stay! Probably the highlight of our trip to the greek islands. The place is in a beautiful corner of Levrossos beach. The bedroom window overlooks the bay and mountain. Waking up every morning with that view was the real privilege. But most of all the people that looked after us made it special. We were greeted bu Ellie, and the rest of the team were amazing. I would love to return!

From the moment we arrived (after Hikmet and Kemal kindly picked us up from the town) I knew this was going to be a special place. Hikmet is like the Meryl Streep character in Mamma Mia - and her house has that same rustic charm, set in the most beautiful, wild countryside. If you’re looking to see the real Turkey then this is it. Turkish hospitality at its best, Hikmet and Kemal made sure we were fed, watered and comfortable at all times and even took us on excursions to the beach, town and bazaar and joined us for “happy hours” at sunset. Hikmet brought me to meet her friends in the villiage and I even ate dinner at their house - completely delicious and a wonderful way to experience the warmth of Turkish people. If you are someone who is looking for a place where time slows down, where you can smell fresh hay, where the community will embrace you and where you can see how people really live I can’t think of a better place. It was hard for me to leave but I’ll be back for sure!

We had a very nice time at Ms. Yonca's house. The house was very clean. The location and view of the house was great. There was a beach just in front of the house, but the sea is very nice on the sides of Akyarlar and Akçabük, it is a must. We want to come back on our next vacation.

Located in the small port of Aegiali. Quiet and close to the beach. Very close to the bus stop to go in excurssion. The apartment was very clean and cleaning was done every day.
