Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Dixie County

Top Notch for the price. I was there as a roofing contractor replacing a roof from Hurricane Helene. Great area and friendly people.

It was a great stay! Right on the water. My boys loved being here and having their own separate room. They enjoyed playing the game battleship that was supplied their. Dane was friendly and kind. He recommended the restaurant that is walkable from the house. Thankful for the nice stay.

The home’s decorations are cohesive and consistent. Windows everywhere including a giant sliding glass door from the 1950s. Kitchen is fully functional. Had a great time just sitting on the dock in the chairs they had all lined up. River looks beautiful especially in the morning. Sat outside multiple nights at the fire pit having an amazing time. Two things somewhat in the area - we did Kayaking at Manatee Springs State Park. Beautiful there! Also did a sunset river cruise on Crystal River. We would’ve done one on the Suwannee but we didn’t plan ahead and everything was booked.

We had a great time Farher’s day weekend on the river with the kids. Brought our boat with ease to the dock, and water access.

We booked this house with a group of 12 friends, half of whom are couples, to visit some of our favorite natural springs. This home was perfect for our group, very quaint and cozy we felt right at home. We used all of the bedrooms and everyone had plenty of space & privacy. The bathrooms had plenty of towels. Having multiple kitchens & a grill loaded with all of the cooking & serving necessities we could need was a huge plus! We loved all of the different options for common spaces to hang out in, especially the back sunroom, downstairs game room, and floating dock. The home is on such a peaceful part of the river and we saw so many unique birds and enjoyed watching the family of wild bunnies hop around the yard. While this home was further away from the springs & towns we were there to visit (Ginnie, Ichnetucknee, and Devils Den), it had so much to offer itself that we didn’t mind the longer drive. We’d consider staying here again for sure!!!

We wanted to get away from the congestion of the city and suburbs, Charles place was just what we needed. We stocked up on groceries at a Publix on our way up. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed and more! Very peaceful and quiet.

Always a pleasure staying at Steve's place! It has everything I need when I'm in the area, and is conveniently located to many local springs and dive sites. The AC works great on the hot days, and the washer/dryer make it perfect for longer stays. Looking forward to my next visit!

Our stay was short but very nice, clean, convenient and host was there for anything needed. We would come back!

We had a really nice experience, its a vintage inn thats very clean. We received an upgraded room at no extra cost which was super nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Great outdoor space with a beautiful pool, which was so nice to relax in after a long drive; plenty of parking areas. Convenient to local restaurants and marinas. The only hiccup we had was with initially locating the inn, GPS took us to their second location, which are apartments that are located one street behind the inn. But a really nice couple we meet outside actually helped us locate the lobby and inn across the street. We were so pleased with our stay and would definitely stay again in the future.

This was our second stay here. The cabin is very conveniently located, clean and well-appointed. There is plenty of space for parking a boat and trailer. You can also walk to many of the Steinhatchee restaurants. We'll be back!

Beautiful home. Loved sitting on the deck looking at the river. Furniture & beds were comfy. Had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again!

Plan accordingly. Screened in walls but very sealed up. No issues with bugs. Weather was perfect for our stay. You will need your own pillows and blankets and electric fans during the warmer months. It rained a little during our stay and the sound of the rain on the roof and sounds of nature were very peaceful. We wish we would have booked a longer stay.

This place is absolutely adorable! It had everything you would need! The jacuzzi tub was fantastic with the fire place to relax. I have stayed in a lot of rentals and this is definitely one of the best! We would've stayed longer if there was availability. Ironically, I booked a place in White Springs for a few days later and it, too, is Abby and Steve's. We are so looking forward to another great stay. Can't wait! Great hosts and a terrific place. Highly recommend this place!

There’s nowhere on earth quite like this little home. It was the perfect escape from everyday life — a cozy spot to soak in the coastal countryside, with beautiful scenery right in the backyard. We’d absolutely stay here again!
