We had a very pleasant stay at the place! The place is perfect for those seeking rest, contact with nature and a time away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The house was clean, well-equipped and exactly as shown in the photos, simple but cozy. The host was attentive and responded quickly to messages, which gave us a lot of security. I recommend it for those who want a quiet retreat in the countryside, especially in a group or family.

We negotiated the addition of one more night's stay. Roberto and his wife welcomed us very well, explained everything and made themselves available at all times. At check-out, I let them know the time and they met us to receive the keys. The place matches the photos, is large and the accommodations are comfortable. The 4 en-suites located in the upper part have a beautiful view, are spacious and all equipped with a double and single box bed. In the main house, there is 1 en-suite with a double and single bed, 2 bedrooms with bunk beds, 1 social bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary utensils. The gourmet area is huge with a barbecue, large table, wood stove, horizontal freezer, industrial stove. The pool is large and was clean, it has 2 small wells with fish for sport fishing, it has a direct access gate to the dam. I'll show you the place and we'll be back

We have excellent days in the house! The environment is very beautiful and wooded, with a beautiful view of the dam! The whole garden is extremely well maintained and the house is also very organized! We took full advantage of all the amenities offered, such as the pool and barbecue areas, which were, in addition to being beautiful, comfortable and spacious. In addition, when we needed support we were able to contact the caretaker immediately, who was always helpful! Communication with the property manager has also been extremely easy and efficient since the day we submitted the proposal.

Casa Colonial is one of the best places I've had the pleasure of taking my family. The place has everything you need for a quiet stay, from a super well-equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, and several entertainment options. The place itself is very beautiful, very well cared for and cozy. The house and outdoor area have several bathrooms, which is important when you are hosting several people. Before our stay is over, we've already decided that we're coming back. Highly recommended!

My family and I went to spend the holiday at Tininha's place. We loved it. The space is very large, with a lot of nature, exactly as shown in the photos. The rooms are spacious and have good mattresses. The house was clean and tidy when we arrived. Check-in and check-out were flexible. It's easy to get to and we feel very safe. Tininha is a great host, she gave us several guidelines and answered all questions. Everything was very good, the place is beautiful and very cozy, good to rest and connect with nature! We will definitely come back more often!!!

Place is excellent, spacious. The view is wonderful! The outdoor area is perfect, and the house has all the necessary utensils, very well equipped. The housekeeper and his wife are very helpful, and they always serve with great goodwill. The wifi doesn't really work. Would definitely come back!!!

The space is very good, but I found it a little without privacy because the caretaker is right in front of the guest's house and often he stays there looking, it takes away a little privacy, even to use the Spa… but otherwise very good, everything well organized… I recommend it a lot.
