Please let us know the approximate arrival time at least 24 hours before arrival. Otherwise, a flexible check-in is not guaranteed.

Within walking distance of the city center, in Stuttgart's Lehenviertel, this small room (14 m²), furnished according to the British model, is located in a guest house with a total of 6 rooms. It offers a high-quality double box-spring bed, wardrobe, table and chair, hospitality tray, large flat-screen TV and of course high-speed Wi-Fi as well as a modern, private small bathroom. Not far from the property there is a bakery, two cafes, an organic shop and several good restaurants and nice little shops.

Nights in Leonberg's old town

Our newly equipped 1-room apartment is located in a family house in Leonberg's old town, centrally and quietly located. (not handicapped accessible) It offers short distances to public transport stops, with connections to the city center of Stuttgart, the airport/trade fair and the S-Bahn. Within walking distance are restaurants, bars, boutiques, butchers and bakers (with café), and an organic market. Guests with cars can use the "Altstadt" parking garage with a cheap daily rate!

Bright, tastefully furnished attic apartment with approx. 30 square meters. Centrally located in a quiet residential neighborhood. 3 min. walk to the Stadtbahn [suburban railway] and 22 min. to the center of Stuttgart. Self check-in/out is possible using the keybox. Fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, smart TV with Netflix, washing machine. The apartment is used exclusively by our guests. All necessary shopping can be done on foot. Free public parking is available next to the house.

Bright small well-kept apartment in a lovely location

The apartment is located in a quiet residential area on the 2nd floor of a 6-family house overlooking Leonberg. The kitchen has a cozy dining niche and is fully equipped. The beautiful old town is only 600 meters away. It is 15 km to Stuttgart city center and 24 km to the airport. Very conveniently located by car via A8 / A81 and expressway to Stuttgart. The bus stop is 1 minute away. My place is great for couples, solo travelers, adventurers, and business travelers.

Between the big city and nature (Hochdorf/Enz)

It is a two-room apartment on the 2nd floor, which is accessible via an open steep external staircase. The small kitchen is equipped with an oven, refrigerator, freezer and dishwasher and contains all the necessary dishes. In the living room, there is also a large dining table and a large TV. By car, you can reach Stuttgart or Ludwigsburg in about 1/2 hour. The connection to the public transport network is available but unfortunately the buses run very rarely.

The apartment is located in a quiet residential area on the top floor of my single-family home, overlooking Leonberg. The historic old town is a 10-minute walk away. Stuttgart is 15 km away 24 km to the airport The property is conveniently located and easily accessible by car via the A8/A81.

Our small 1-room apartment is modern and cozy. In the bedroom/study, there is a double bed and wardrobe as well as a workstation with an office chair and a flat-screen TV with an armchair. Feel free to use our guest Wi-Fi. The small bathroom is equipped to a high standard and has a walk-in rain shower. In the kitchen you will find everything for daily use (including dishwasher, stove, oven and microwave).

The Leonberg S-Bahn [suburban train] stop is also easily accessible by bus. The apartment has its own entrance. The apartment is equipped with a kitchen with dining area and a private bathroom.
