South-facing basement apartment with private entrance and private garden. In a scenic location, without traffic but only 2 minutes to the bus. 12-minute walk to the Goetheanum. Parking is available on the street. The bedroom is very spacious. The TV only has smart TV via the Internet. The kitchen is well equipped but the faucet in the kitchen only has cold water. Hot water is available in the bathroom which is right next to the kitchen. The popular bed is 180 x 220 cm in addition to 2 single beds.

I had a great time at Ewald and Melanie's place. The place is not central, but it is very well connected by tram, with a journey time of no more than 20 minutes to the city centre. Breakfast and a transport pass were provided, the room was nice and comfortable and spotless, and Melanie was lovely and provided great conversation. I strongly recommend their place if you're visiting Basel!

Fantastic, comfortable, spotlessly accommodation in a beautiful location. We chose to stay here to be in a quieter, more picturesque part of town and we were not disappointed. Communication was excellent and Katharina was super helpful and considerate. We would definitely stay again.

I stayed with Katrin and Daniel for the first time and felt that you are welcome with them. They welcomed me warmly and Katrin showed me the room and told me everything I needed to know. The room is super nice and furnished with a lot of love for detail, which you can also find in your own bathroom. Everything you need is available. There's nothing missing. There is also a refrigerator where a bottle of mineral water was ready for me. The bed, blanket and pillows are great. I slept very well and there was also the homemade bedtime treat, you don't get something so warm anywhere else. And breakfast is prepared with a lot of love. Homemade croissants and rolls, super delicious jam and a great coffee and the view from the terrace into the garden. This is how the day begins for Katrin and Daniel. You don't need anything. Everything is taken care of. Looking forward to my next visit. Thank you

Everything is absolutely great! Michel and his family are adorable, very welcoming, helpful and caring. It's always nice to share moments over breakfast. The place is great for a few days in Basel. The neighborhood is very peaceful, the tram is easy to find nearby. With a microwave, small fridge and kettle, you have everything you need to be independent. Separate access and private bathroom are the big plus of the accommodation. The space in the residence's private parking lot is also very convenient. You feel at home knowing that Michel and his family are there if there is a problem. We recommend it without hesitation and we will know where to stay for our future stays in Basel!
