Also a small table and chair set, desk and a brand new queen sized bed, the location is great if you work at the lab or if visiting family in the area.

Lovely sunrise on waterfront deck and access to your boat! Bring your boat, only 1 min to fast water! Very nice place to relax and enjoy water sports and fishing.
