We rent an apartment, located on the ground floor of our house. We live in the mountains, on the heights of the village under the Parmelan mountain, 860m above sea level. This apartment is located 20 minutes by car from Annecy's Lake (12km) and 40 minutes from La Clusaz ski station (23km). It will appropriate for lovers of tranquility and mountain activities, summer and winter, but also for lovers of water activities (paddle, kayak, swimming on the lake) and fishers (Fier, Bornes, Annecy lake).

Il peut accueillir jusqu'à 3 voyageurs (1 lit deux places et 1 canapé convertible). Un hamac vient compléter l'aménagement pour un moment de détente. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish 3* furnished apartment located in Menthon Saint Bernard. It is bright and is located on the top floor of our house with a separate entrance. The apartment will enchant you with its privacy and comfort. Not overlooked, the house is at the end of a cul-de-sac. Not suitable for children. In summer and winter, you can enjoy many outdoor activities. There's plenty to do in the way of culture. Not accessible for people with limited mobility.

Chalet located in the municipality of Dingy-Saint-Clair in a quiet environment at the foot of the Parmelan cliffs, close to Lake Annecy (15 km), the Aravis resorts (20 km) and Geneva (60 km). 80 m² chalet with independent entrance, equipped kitchen open to dining room and living room, bedroom (1 bed 160/200) with bathroom, toilet, terrace and garden access. Upstairs, mezzanine (2-seater sofa bed), bedroom (1 bed 140/190), bathroom and toilet.
