Playground, sports complex 1 km away (Bcp+ in my travel guide below). Induction cooktop, dishwasher, EV outlet, equipped garden, shelters, deckchair. Check-in at 4pm on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

We rent an apartment, located on the ground floor of our house. We live in the mountains, on the heights of the village under the Parmelan mountain, 860m above sea level. This apartment is located 20 minutes by car from Annecy's Lake (12km) and 40 minutes from La Clusaz ski station (23km). It will appropriate for lovers of tranquility and mountain activities, summer and winter, but also for lovers of water activities (paddle, kayak, swimming on the lake) and fishers (Fier, Bornes, Annecy lake).

Rejuvenate in this beautiful T2 with its beautiful 15m2 terrace facing the emblematic cliffs of Parmelan! This south facing T2 without an elevator is on the second floor of a residence with a large terrace arranged to enjoy a meal or rest in front of the Parmelan. You are at: 15 minutes from Lake Annecy. 30 minutes from La Clusaz 30 minutes from Geneva.

Notre chalet orienté sud ouest est situé au chef lieu de notre charmant petit village de Dingy St Clair. Il est totalement indépendant avec son jardin, sa terrasse et son parking privatif. Il peut accueillir jusqu'à 3 voyageurs (1 lit deux places et 1 canapé convertible). Un hamac vient compléter l'aménagement pour un moment de détente. Large bright studio, quiet, just renovated, the Evasion offers a peaceful setting with natural and contemporary decoration creating a warm atmosphere. Ideally located 150 m from the lake, in a secure residence with elevator, on the 3rd floor, large balcony terrace, private underground parking and bicycles ( mountain bikes ) available. At the end of the street are all shops! The historic center is ten minutes walk, the lake 3 minutes. Sleeps 2 people
