The house is located right off Highway 36, and is only 25 miles from College Station, 10 miles from Lake Somerville, 35 miles from Round Top and close to several local wineries. Plenty of room to park your boat after a day of fishing or water sports at Lake Somerville. This is a Tiny House but we remain Dog Friendly. We have a $50 per Dog fee per stay.

Big yard for outdoor activities, and if you want a more relaxing time there is a firepit area where you and your friends/family can relax and enjoy the night.
