It offers a wonderful view over the valley, city, river and mountain. You'll love sitting on the terrace or patios, enjoying the view and the colours of sunrise/sunset, while having breakfast/dinner or just relaxing sipping wine. I'd suggest you to book for at least 2 nights, to have time to discover the charming Berat.

I particularly liked the quiet location – perfect for relaxing, and yet you can quickly get to the old town. Everything worked smoothly, and I felt very comfortable. Clear recommendation for anyone looking for a relaxing stay in Berat!

We had a very nice stay in Berat! The check-in with the key box went great and the parking lot was not an issue. The apartment is nicely decorated. Right behind the house is a park with a café, next to a supermarket – very convenient. The city center is easily accessible on foot. The host was very friendly and helpful. We felt very comfortable!

A modern bathroom features sleek marble walls and a circular illuminated mirror above a minimalist sink. A washing machine is discreetly housed within the cabinetry. The floor is accented by a round black and white rug, with soft lighting creating a bright and clean atmosphere.

Loads of space and very clean. New and closeby to attractions. Well equipped amenities - restaurant nearby was super helpful

really a very nice surprise this house in the middle of nowhere, moreover the location was a little difficult to find: the GPS got lost (hihi😅). Despite this setback when we arrived, we were immediately greeted by our host of kindness without regard and great generosity. The house is very clean and very pleasant to live in and even when you are in large numbers. Even if the host lives in the same place, he will be very discreet and will let you enjoy his home. Finally, an address really to recommend ten minutes from Berat, for large families it's ideal.

What a great authentic stay! Host (and family) was super responsive and helpful. The alley is a bit small but we managed to park our car and trailer in front of the door thanks to their help. Penthouse had a beautiful spacious (roofed) terrace with even a glimpse of the sunset. Neighbour is 100% authentic Albania, not the usual touristic polished (fake) area. We and the kids likes that. From here it’s like 20 min walk to old city. Nice walk! Thanks to Klaeda and mom we really felt at home. (The fig jam was delicious)
